Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the confusion created about the update of the Events Calendar Pro.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, could you try the following: temporarily deactivate Pro and reactivate it.
Does that allow you to update the plugin ?Best regards,

We are sorry to hear about the next event listings being really odd in Pro.
I would love to help you with this topic.Aside from a PHP max execution time of zero (I would recommend a setting of 300), I do not see anything obviously wrong in your system info.
Can you tell me if this worked well prior to a recent event ? And if so, would you know what triggered this odd behaviour ? (upgrade, change of something on your site, etc…).
Could you also please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Hang in there as we try to reproduce this.
Best regards,

We are sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced with the map view.
I would love to help you with this topic.I just went on your site and everything seems to be fine.
Did you change anything since posting this ?As a side note, from your system information, it looks like your PHP max execution time setting is at 0. I would strongly suggest changing that to 300 if you can.

We are sorry to hear about the struggles you have encountered while trying to move your license around. I would love to help you with this topic.
I believe the instructions you are referring to are: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
Based on the message you are receiving, it looks like your Dev server is not connected to the internet. Could you check that and see if it helps ?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.Yes, that is correct. You will need any third-party plugin that is able to handle custom post type duplication. The link in the other thread is just one of them.
To my knowledge, this was never a feature of our plugins.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch impacting our single event view.
We are actively working on a fix for this.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point.
But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.
In the meantime, the only solution is to downgrade Community Events to 4.3.2.
You can read this to assist you in this process: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/Thank you for your patience as we see this through.

I would love to help you with this topic. To duplicate events, you will need to use a third-party plugin that is able to duplicate custom post type.
There is even one made specifically for our product: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-tec-event/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We are sorry to hear about the Google Maps and link not being saved while submitting Community Events. I would love to help you with this topic.
I was able to reproduce this issue. We are actively working on a fix for this and we apologize for the inconvenience.

In the meantime, your best bet might be to downgrade to the previous version of Community Events: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/

I would love to help you with this topic. You are right. Somehow during the last update of our plugins, the translation files were not fully updated for Core, Pro, Community and Community Tickets.
Even the files on http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects are not right
The workaround for now will be to update the po file from the pot file
This can be done in Poedit using Catalog > Update from pot fileLet me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Brian,
Here again, I want to apologize for missing this one. I did some additional digging up to try to speed things up.
The issue for the missing translations is the use of the wrong text domain in /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/WooCommerce/Settings.php
Here is an updated version of that file as well as an updated pot file (that includes the other changes I sent you earlier): et_patch2
As for the license tab, you can translate it all, but the text is found in the /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/vendor/tickets/common/lang/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon Brian,
Sorry I missed this reply (because of the Pending Fix status).
In short, there is no official fix yet.
However, I do have a workaround for you (works with version 4.4 of Event Tickets Plus)Basically, take a look at the following .zip file: event-tickets-plus-lang-patch
You need to:
- Use the updated files from /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/admin-views/meta-fields
- Use the updated Pot file (that was updated from sources after the changes above)
- Update your language files from this new pot file (using Catalog > Update from pot file).
That should buy you some time until this is fixed for good.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood afternoon Jürgen,
Thank you for writing back.
Unfortunately, this specific issue could not be addressed as part of the 4.4 release.
The good news is that it is absolutely going through our full dev Cycle.
Since this has been unresolved longer than it should be (in my personal opinion), I just re-escalated this for you.Hopefully, this time will be the good one! We apologize for the inconvenience.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
