    Hi Support

We have been using the calendar and ical importer on a site that was being developed.

    Site was dev.website.com

We migrated the site on Friday to website.com but have started receiving licensing errors. I saw in our back office the licensing was pointing to the dev.website.com address, but after unlinking the licensing I cant find a way to add our new ‘live’ website address to get the licensing error fixed.

Any advice on how to do this please?

The calendar is already live with many entries so hopefully there is an easy fix!

Many thanks in advance for any help.

    Jason

Good afternoon Jason and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you are facing with your license not switching over to your live site. I would love to help you with this topic.

Could you go through the following and see if that helps : https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
