    Hey just wondering what the process is at getting a partial refund for the Event Tickets Plus plugin? Originally purchased the BUSINESS $149 plan but may only need it for 1 theme as it isn’t compatible with the other theme I thought it would work with.

    I am sorry to hear that the plugin is not compatible with one of the themes you are using.
    Sometimes we are able to offer workarounds for that.

    In any case, I went ahead and proceeded with your partial refund request. It can take a couple of days to show on your statements.

    I also downgraded your license accordingly.
