MemberGood evening Stefan,
Thank you for writing back, for fixing the slugs and providing clarification.
I absolutely do understand what you are not seeing.
From what I was able to see on your install, the WooCommerce compatibility issue was slightly bigger than a simple CSS issue.Normally, adding the snippet at the bottom of the page should solve the issue.
If that does not work, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Garrett,
Thank you for chiming in.
I would totally recommend opening up a separate thread on that to ensure you get personalized support (and to make sure Scott does not get notified every time we communicate on this).
But, in general you are on the right path. Some good next steps include:
- Downgrading our plugins until they work with your theme
- Trying to look for an upgrade of that theme that reflects our plugin’s changes
- Looking for any /tribe-events/ folder in your theme’s files and renaming that folder /z_tribe-events/ to see if that solves the issue.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.1. How does a customer of mine, i.e. an event organizer in my case, manage their ticket setup and sales? Is the plug-in even capable of this?
The short answer is yes, but on top of Event Tickets Plus you will need our Community tickets add-on (that extends Event Tickets Plus): https://theeventscalendar.com/product/community-tickets/
2. I am assuming that I will use WooCommerce requiring immediate payment for a ticket, but does that allow me to set up multiple organizations each with their own PayPal accounts? OR is that a WooCommerce question?
Yep, the Community Tickets allows every organizer to provide their own Paypal account.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We are sorry to hear about the width changing on you. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.Without seeing the actual web page, it is hard to know exactly what happened.
Would it be possible to provide me with some temporary credentials (in a private reply) so that I can see the page and run some tests ?
And the other problem ist the translation. Before updating all englisch to german translation were perfekt,
now the add formIt is partially german partly english.Full disclosure, we had issues with our language files over the last few updates. We apologize for the inconvenience. This should go back to normal in our next release.
In the meantime, you could simply download and use the language files found here: http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects
Veranstaltung Categories an the categories are like li elements with a disque.
This is something that can be fixed easily with some Custom CSS rules. Once I see the page, I should be able to help with that.
It’s very often wehn you bring put an update that something new is working fine but very often the css is having chenges so the lyout is always looking different.
You are right. Sometimes our updates do have some unintended CSS consequences.
Please rest assured that we take this issue very seriously. The good news is that, most of the time, this is easily fixable.
With that in mind, this will also largely depend on what theme our customers are using and if they have made CSS changes directly in our plugin or in their theme’s CSS files.
To prevent that from happening we recommend:
- Making sure you use a child theme or some type Custom CSS box (theme-based or through a plugin)
- Avoid changing CSS directly in our plugin’s style sheet
- Always test updates on a staging/testing server first
My client is very angry about that and i have to correct some issues i don’t caused. I dont’t work for my fun and it is very hard to explain my client that i don’t want to clear that problems without beeing payed for it. So i give the issus to you now. Please check it and if possible send me the css code which i have to correct.
I totally understand where you are coming from and I wish neither you or your client had to experience that.
I also believe that the recommendations in the previous points should ensure this never happens again.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
We are actively working on a fix for this.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point.
But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.
In the meantime, unfortunately, the only available workaround is to remove the translation for “all” as you already did.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through.

MemberGood evening Bart,
Thank you for writing back and providing additional details.
At this point, I would like to run this by an extra pair of eyes to see if we both did not miss anything obvious and, hopefully help with resolution.
Hang in there as I do this for you.
Cheers,

MemberGood evening Ross,
Thank you for your answer.
Avada has 2 ways to customize the Events Calendar colours.
- By going to Avada > Theme Options > the Events Calendar
- By going to Avada > Theme Options > Custom CSS
The latter being where you should insert the CSS rule if you cannot get the results you like from the fist place.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

We are sorry to hear about the 404 error messages you have been getting.

To answer your question, there is a variety of configuration involved. But there seems to be some common traits:
- PHP version around 5.6.2x
- WordPress version around 4.7.x
If you are able to change the PHP version on your end, I would recommend giving it a try.
On a side note, I am also noticing that you do not have the latest version of Event Tickets on your installation (4.4.1). I would recommend updating to see if that helps.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through.

1.) Why aren’t my Google Maps showing by default as I have selected?
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.

2.) Is there a way for me to go back in and “bulk” check “Show Google Map for the Event”?
In the meantime, we do have a workaround available. It looks like this could save you a ton of time. You need to add this snippet to your theme’s functions.php: https://gist.github.com/elimn/4cbdbf600e4d25842a824147b2e56e5e
