MemberGood evening Chris,
Thank you for these efforts.
It does indeed look like a very legitimate bug.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released.
In the meantime, if your goal is to not send tickets, you could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/67488cc3d5dda12a9e252e16e39191f4
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Frank,
You might have to tweak it a bit, but the following works (although it sends the info below the RSVP button).
Simply unzip the file and drop it in your /tribe-events/ folder : tickets
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Chris,
I am sorry this did not work out as expected for you.
Could you try something to do that again while also deactivating temporarily potentially conflicting plugins such as:
- WooCommerce – Autocomplete Orders
- Follow-Up Emails
Finally, I noticed the presence of W3 Total Cache, is it possible that there is some lingering cache residual files at play here ?
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood afternoon Michael,
Thank you for taking the time to write back.
As you can imagine, we are sad to see you go.It is especially unfortunate that this should happen following a theme incompatibility issue where there is a workaround available.
With that in mind, we fully understand and respect your decision.
We will gladly be there if ever you have any questions or decide to switch back to the Events Calendar products.
Best of luck,

MemberGood afternoon Frank,
Thank you for writing back.
As mentioned, we can only provide a very limited amount of support for this as it’s not officially compatible.
With that in mind, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, could you try hitting ALL the buttons under the Cleanup section of the troubleshooting page ?
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Ryan and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the buttons not appearing properly in IE on your event registration pages. I would love to help you with this topic.
The + and – buttons are not appearing in IE on our event registration pages, and IE users are also able to manually enter a number higher than what we allow (4) using the WooCommerce Advanced Product Quantities plugin.
This sounds like some sort of Javascript issue.
Could you specify which version of IE you are testing with ?
Furthermore, if the quantity is indeed controlled by the plugin above, I would recommend checking :
- If that plugin works properly on other WooCommerce in IE
- If the issue persists with a default WordPress theme
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Ross and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I believe this is caused by the Create recurring events in advance for setting under Events -> Settings -> General.
Try changing it and re-saving the event.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Frank and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. What is going on is that we do not offer official compatibility for Event Tickets Plus or Event Tickets while using WPML. At least not yet.
You can read about it here https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wpml-support/
The good news is that we are working on that.
The other good news is that there is an unsupported manual workaround available: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-tickets-plus-integration-with-wpml/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
