MemberGood afternoon Vanina and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the mobile list view not kicking in.
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing I would recommend would be to:
- Change the default view for both the desktop and mobile view.
- Save the settings
- Revert back to the desired settings
- Save the settings again
If that does not work, You can apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/dff981933c950aebc3045b827eddc101
Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about the calendar disappearing on you.
I would love to help you with this topic. The message means that you need to update the Events Calendar, not install it from scratch.
The good news is that there are 2 simple ways to fix this:
- To be safe, make a database backup
- Head over to Plugin > Installed Plugins
- Try to update the Events Calendar plugin
- If that does not work, deactivate and completely delete the the Events Calendar plugin
- Once that is done, try reinstalling it again
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood morning Frank,
I am super stoked that you got the unofficial workaround up and running.
Kudos on that!As a side note, I would actually recommend the directory-based approach of handling language (as opposed to ?lang= method).
This usually makes the plugin run much smoother, not to mention it is much better SEO wise.

MemberGood morning Adrien and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.is there a fix to block the number of tickets to 2? Something you could recommend me to add into the code?
Absolutely. You could either use a third-party plugin that manages just that (limit quantity).
For example, there is a ton of them available for WooCommerce. You can apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/075787fd6b427e1c47be0d756ca5b26c

We are sorry to hear about the Eventbrite imports no longer working properly.
I would love to help you with this topic.Do I need both plugins the events calendar and events calendar pro installed?
The simple answer is no. You do not need both plugins (unless you want their features).
What I believe is going on is that you are using a third-party plugin to do the import (Import Eventbrite Events Pro version 1.1.1 by Xylus Themes(http://xylusthemes.com)
Most properly, this plugin would need to be updated to work with the latest version of our plugins (4.4.5).
The alternative would be to downgrade our plugins: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the snippets not working out for you.
I would love to help you with this topic.Actually, the snippets are not meant to go in your custom CSS section. Instead, you can apply them in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top).
That being said, if you are looking for a CSS solution.
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.tribe-events-ical {display: none !important}Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. The proper to achieve that is either:
- Through a code snippet
- Through some template customization. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
Here is a great example of the code snippet approach: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/altering-or-removing-titles-on-calendar-views/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberBonsoir Thierry,

MemberGood evening Ryan,
Nice troubleshooting!
Just to set expectations, as you might know, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues.
We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.
With that in mind, I will still ask our coding wizards to see if they can provide some insight on this.
Hang in there as I do that for you
Best regards,
Geoff B.
