Changing Title in List View

Would you be able to advise on how to Change my Title in List View? Would I be able to make this change in my in my Custom CSS Panel.

The proper to achieve that is either:

1. Through a code snippet
2. Through some template customization. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
