MemberGood afternoon David and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. You could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/f9dfbb225d79fddd7154fa33ba25166a
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Matthew and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the odd message received while purchasing Event Tickets Plus.
I would love to help you with this topic. On my end it does look like your purchase went through via Stripe. So I am not exactly sure what happened there. But it should all be good now.
Can you confirm ?
Out of curiosity, did you use Paypal or Stripe for payment purposes when you received that message ?
Have a good weekend,

MemberGood afternoon Cheryl and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the blank page showing up while you are clicking on the “See all” link.
I would love to help you with this topic. It almost looks like there is no recurring event available for this specific event, hence the blank page.
Could you tell me if you can see the recurring events from that series in the backend ?
Could you also try re-saving that event to force it’s regeneration ?
Can you tell me what your setting is for Create recurring events in advance for under Events -> Settings -> General ?
Hang in there!

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.1. With the Pro can people come to the website and submit their own events to the website?
Actually, this is a feature of another one of our plugins, Community Events: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events/
2. What are the main differences between regular and PRo?
I believe the best way to see this is to scroll down to the Is PRO Right For You? section in https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the error 500 messages you are receiving.
I would love to help you with this topic. There are a couple of things I would like to recommend:
- Please look at your settings for max execution time (currently max_execution_time = 0)
- Please ensure you have followed these instructions for setup with WPML https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-the-events-calendar-with-wpml/
- Please make sure you are using the following to create events with WPML: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-translations-for-events-using-wpml/
- Please make sure you are using directory based language URLs (and not the ?lang= method)
Finally, according to Norton Antivirus, your staging site contains malware. You might want to look into that.

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. We would like to be able to create event templates and copy (clone / duplicate) these and change the dates to create subsequent events.
The best plugin options I have been given are ‘duplicate post’ (duplicates Posts & Pages but doesn’t duplicate events) and ‘tec-event (not been updated for a year and one of the two reviews on WordPress was pretty damning).
Actually, events are simply a custom post type.
The good news is that any plugin that can duplicate custom post types will work (there a few out there). For the record, I have heard only good things about Duplicate TEC (but I must confess I have not tried it in a while).
So I guess that the good news is that I am pretty sure you can easily find what you are looking for.
It will simply be a matter of trying these plugins out to see which one you like better.Have a good weekend,

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.Upgrading to Event Tickets Plus will provide many great features, but does not provide an email customizer per se.
Currently, the only way you could achieve customization of emails would be through some template customization. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
This could be also be achieved with a plugin from SkyVerge:
https://www.woothemes.com/products/follow-up-emails/
The plugin allows you to send different emails after selling different products.
Would this help you?Best regards,
Geoff B.

I am glad that each issue is getting solved 🙂
Regarding that last point, you can simply ignore that arrow and what it is pointing to.
The arrow was only there to show how I found the rule, it was never meant to have the content it is pointing to copied.Let me know if there is anything else on this topic.
