MemberGood evening Steven and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the events widget not working properly.
I would love to help you with this topic.By the sound of it, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Finally, I am noticing you are using multilingual press. Although that might work, this plugin is not one of the officially supported multilingual plugins.
You might want to see if deactivating that helps out.
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic. The short answer is yes, you can simply tweak her role to add access to manage the calendar.
Or better yet, create a dedicated role for that (editor + the Events Calendar permissions). You might want to read the following to get a better sense of how that works: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/admin-roles-and-permissions/
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic.I believe the 2 following guides should cover most of your questions:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/
As you can see, the simplest solution would be to use a QR code scanner.
All you will need to do is make sure the venue staff has WordPress accounts with limited roles that have at least Edit Post capability. You can learn more about how to tweak WordPress roles here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/admin-roles-and-permissions/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Jason and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced while transitioning to Event Tickets Plus. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.
In case you did not already read it, the following guide really helps ensure a smooth transition: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/
With that in mind, from what I can gather, there could be a couple of explanations for this:
- You still have your WooCommerce tickets plugin active (as you can see in the guide, you will only need Event Tickets Plus active for this to work).
- There might be some customizations in your WordPress theme that require either updating or temporary removal (until you can update them). Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic.Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.tribe-events-schedule h2 {
font-size: 18px;
}This size seems to display well on a computer and on a mobile device.
If you prefer, you could specify different font sizes for different screen sizes using @media rules in your CSS.Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the tickets not sending.
I would love to help you with this topic.Would you mind sharing what message you are getting as a failure response ?
Secondly, when you go to Settings > Easy SMTP and try out the test email functionality, does that work ?Finally, can you tell me what your settings are at the very bottom of the Events -> Settings -> Tickets screen (perhaps sharing a screenshot would be simpler) ?
Hang in there!

MemberGood evening William,
what happens to all the work/events/everything we created and tested on the development site when we delete the license key? Does all our work disappear?
Everything on the development site will continue to work perfectly. You just will not be able to update the plugin on the development site until you move your license back to it.
Are you saying we would still follow that same procedure, but we would have to go into the old test site, delete the licenses, then go back into the new site and reinstall/assign the licenses?
To answer your question, yes you will need to disconnect your license from the dev site and connect it to the live site. However you will not loose any of your awesome work as per your previous question.
Another great article on how that works is the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberBonsoir Brigitte,
Salutations,

MemberGood evening Dinah,
Sounds like you have the perfect solution going on. Kudos!
Is there anything I can help you with on this topic ?

MemberGood evening,
What I am offering is one to provide you with a free license of one of our other products you might not already have (like Event Tickets Plus, Community Events or Filter Bar for example).
But, of course, that is if you need any of these 🙂
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Jorge,
Thank you for writing back.
That is a great question!Even though it might seem a bit tedious, the answer lies in the 3 articles I recommended previously.
To complete it, you might want to read the following: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-install-wordpress-in-other-languages/
What is going on is that every single variation of Spanish is completely independent from one another when it comes to both WordPress, themes and any plugin that supports translations (like ours).
In other words, Spanish from Spain and Spanish from Venezuela are considered absolutely different languages from a WordPress standpoint.
To override certain words, you can:
- Follow the instructions here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-override-plugin-language-files/
- You could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-override-plugin-language-files/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Pranav,
No worries.
I am mainly interested in finding out the cause of your issue!I took a look at the other thread you opened by accident.
From what I can gather, I believe this might be a simple misunderstanding.
Event Tickets Plus does not add a ticket option to the WooCommerce droplist. You can think of tickets as a super-charged version of Simple virtual products.
The correct way to add tickets is explained throughout the following 2 articles:- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-event-tickets/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-tickets/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
