Dear Team,
Y’day I’ve purchased EVENT TICKETS PLUS and after installing this plugin It’s not working it doesn’t show any option for tickets under woo-commerce .. Can you please advise..I’ve event coming up and wanted to get tickets ready for sale soon..

I would love to help you with this topic.As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

With that in mind, most of the time, when that happens, it is caused by the fact that only Event Tickets Plus is installed and activated.
Our free plugin Event Tickets also needs to be installed and activated.

No worries.
I am mainly interested in finding out the cause of your issue!I took a look at the other thread you opened by accident.
From what I can gather, I believe this might be a simple misunderstanding.
Event Tickets Plus does not add a ticket option to the WooCommerce droplist.You can think of tickets as a super-charged version of Simple virtual products.
