MemberGood evening Raj and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. When a specific event is clicked there should be different packages available for them.
On the website example you have provided, the different packages are actually images that links to another page.
The great news is that even with our free the Events Calendar plugin, you will be able insert images and text to your specifications, including links to other pages.
To reproduce this you will need:
- the Events Calendar free
- WooCommerce
Simply create WooCommerce Products that reflect your packages (simple or variable virtual products) and then include them via embed or links in images in your events.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Breda,
The theme files would have been the fastest way to see what was done.
However, the following combination should work. You could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/8c94dbcd36332525e4b42a7d74378596
Please edit the snippet to remove any undesired change.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening B,
Thank you for writing back.
I am sorry to hear the snippet did not work.
You are so right, the extension does require Event Tickets Plus, this is totally my bad. From what I can gather, it looks like your custom theme is still calling the cost somehow.
Ideally, we would need to take a look at the theme files. So here is what you should do next:
- Since we cannot provide full support in the pre-sales forum (which you have used for this thread), please log in to your account and post your question in our premium forums (this also allows for private replies), referencing the current thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/events/events-calendar-pro/
- While you are there:
- As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
- Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.

MemberGood evening Bob,
I am sorry to hear the suggested CSS did not do the trick.
Sometimes the CSS works best when added to yoursite.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=avada_options
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

I would love to help you with this topic. In order to gain full power on your site’s look and feel, I would highly recommend reading the following articles:

With that in mind, try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.tribe-tickets-meta input[type="text"] {color: #000 !important;}Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the tickets not showing up on your site.
I would love to help you with this topic. The most common cause for this is the use of a start sale date with your tickets.
Simply put, until the start sale date is met, the tickets do not appear. You can test that by removing the start sale date.
If that does not cut it, can you :
- Send me a URL of an event where a ticket should be appearing ?
- Send me a screenshot of that ticket’s settings from your Edit Event screen ?
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon Kate,
Thank you for your awesome cooperation and understanding.
Please open a separate ticket for the “view as”. This helps keep things nice and tidy for all.
With that in mind, it looks like you are having a Javascript error on your calendar because “You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.”For now, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great week!

MemberGood evening Breda and welcome back,
This is quite disappointing. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Could you also confirm if you are looking to replace the word “ticket” by “event” everywhere, or only in specific places ?
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Kelsey,
Thank you for sharing your system information.
However, for some reason, the info is not being fully shared.
The next option would be to paste it in a private reply.Unfortunately, that feature is not available in the pre-sales forum that you are using right now.
But you can do so, referencing this thread, in the the Events Calendar Pro premium forum (you will need to login) : https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/events/events-calendar-pro/Please also make sure you go through the following guide: http://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-the-events-calendar-and-events-calendar-pro/

MemberGood evening Sandro and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the calendar views disappearing from your site. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. The very first thing I would recommend is updating both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro to their latest version.
This will, in all likelihood fix the issue.
If that does not work, after activating a maintenance page plugin, Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Kim and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the WooCommerce disappearing on you.
I would love to help you with this topic.Based on your system information, it looks like the Event Tickets Plus plugin is deactivated for some reason. Reactivating it should restore the functionality.
If that gives you any trouble, delete the plugin (it is safe) and reinstall it from scratch by downloading it from your account.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
