    Hi There

    I have an urgent problem.
    All of a sudden, on both websites I am using your calender all the entries are not shown anymore in the view “Month”.
    The events are still there and also show in the view “List.”

    What has happened? Please help!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the calendar views disappearing from your site. Yikes!
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    The very first thing I would recommend is updating both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro to their latest version.

    This will, in all likelihood fix the issue.

    If that does not work, after activating a maintenance page plugin, Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

    Let me know how that goes.

    Thx for your reply! I updated the plugins and now it works.

    As you understand we need to know what has caused the mistake. The calender of my customer was not working for almost two weeks now during the registration period for the new courses. The financial damage is big! Please give me a detailed explanation what has happened and how we will ensure that this will not happen again.

    OMG I just see now that, even though the links show inside the calender now https://www.salsanama.ch/events/monat/ if I click on them the error message “site not found” appears!!!!
    What the hell is going on with your calender?????
    Please help immediately!!!!

    I see that the update of one press plus was not successful -> unauthorized
