    Thank you in advanced for your assistance.

    I purchased the Events Calendar Pro (ec230bea659c3c1650d0588e6fcec15c52716a9a) and Events Tickets, but recently found out from my template developer that in order to set pricing instead of seeing my events listed as free, I need to purchase Events Ticket Plus. Is there a way to bundle these add-ons so I can save some cost of adding Events Tickets Plus?

    Good news, we have just the thing.

    You could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/69f8a033fb614c78b3de45a197431135

    Or perhaps simpler, use the following extension: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/display-the-event-cost-field-when-ticket-plugins-are-installed/

    Hello Geoff,

    I have installed the snippet as you recommended; however, the cost field still does not show (https://seedfaithfellowship.org/event/passover-seder-feast-2018/) as you can see by my page. Also, I see and error stating:

    Edit Event Add New
    To begin using Event Tickets Plus Extension: Show Cost Fields, please install and activate the latest version of Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus.

    Do I need to remove the Tickets? Please advise what my next step is please?

    I am sorry to hear the snippet did not work.
    You are so right, the extension does require Event Tickets Plus, this is totally my bad.

    From what I can gather, it looks like your custom theme is still calling the cost somehow.
    Ideally, we would need to take a look at the theme files.

    So here is what you should do next:

    1. Since we cannot provide full support in the pre-sales forum (which you have used for this thread), please log in to your account and post your question in our premium forums (this also allows for private replies), referencing the current thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/events/events-calendar-pro/
    2. While you are there:
      1. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

      2. Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

        Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
        This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.

    I have tried several times to access my account and have my password reset to login into the system with no success. So how do I register again or can a reset link be sent to me. My e-mail is [email protected].

    I have a conference coming up and a not anxious to have this issue resolved so we can begin taking registration payments.

    Normally, there should be a “forgot password” link available on the login screen.
    However, for some reason, I cannot find a trace of the account in question.

    Perhaps the purchase of the license was done with a different email address ?

    Can you confirm that the license is for seedfaithfellowship.org ?

    Yes, the license was for seedfaithfellowship.org and was purchased using [email protected].
