MemberGood afternoon Joseph and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I would like to display the calendar on a page. I cannot find the short code to make it appear.
Here are the official shortcodes:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
Since it looks like [tribe_events] did not work, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if that helps (with a maintenance page plugin activated).
Also, when a user clicks on to the hyper link of the event, I would like to redirect them to a post with the same title.
I think you can achieve this by using the instructions found here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/make-links-event-go-straight-event-website/
Basically:
- You implement the snippet
- You create your event
- You input the URL of the post in the event’s website URL
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic. What is going on is that filter bar is not yet compatible with full view shortcodes.
We are working on a solution for that. Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released. In the meantime, you can see that the filters work great on the normal page: http://www.thebarrelracingline.com/events/
For that reason, unless you have a special reason to use the full page shortcode, I would recommend using the default URL (or changing it to “calendar”) instead of the shortcode.
You can even add HTML before and after the calendar since you are also a the Events Calendar Pro user.
In other words, I am pretty sure we can get this to work for you. I would just need to know what requirements you were trying to meet by switching over to a shortcode ?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic, however it looks like my colleague Courtney is already tackling this issue with you: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/no-option-for-pricing-after-install/
As she suggested, the next step would be to head over to Events -> Settings -> Tickets and see if “Events” is checked.
To keep things nice and tidy, I will therefore close this duplicate thread and let you in her good care.

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.Do I need to purchase Event Ticket plus in order sell event seats when I purchase Event calender pro?
The Events Calendar Pro is a pretty cool featured-packed premium extension to our free the Events Calendar.
Unfortunately, it does not provide you with the ability to sell tickets (or seats).
As you stated, you will need to get a copy of Event Tickets Plus to be able to achieve that.
More precisely, you will require the following combo:- https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
- WooCommerce
Simply put, all of these are free except for Event Tickets Plus.
To set things up, you can walk through the following guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We are sorry to hear about the error 500 message you are getting. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing I would recommend is going through the following guide: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/
Hopefully that will fix it.
If not, deactivate the Events Calendar Pro and as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the message you are getting when trying to download your files.
I would love to help you with this topic. Can you tell me if this happens when you click on the link found in the purchase email or if that is when clicking on the download button while being logged in your account on https://theeventscalendar.com ?
Either way, this is usually very temporary. Try downloading it again from https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Tim and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. Many of your requirements would be covered by a combination of the Events Calendar, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus.
The main feature that is not built-in or that we do not have a snippet for is preventing purchase for seminars that happen at the same time.
However, with a bit of customization, that should be feasible. You simply want to make sure that both seminars are part of the same product category and implement one of the following ideas:
- https://stackoverflow.com/questions/45189297/prevent-add-to-cart-if-cart-contains-a-specific-category-woocommerce
The second requirement that we do not meet is “They should be able to log in and view / change their seminar bookings.”.
This one is far more trickier. From experience on a few very similar projects, I would highly recommend letting admin handle changes for the seminar bookings.
In fact, WooCommerce declined such a feature request: http://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce/suggestions/2310400-edit-or-cancel-order
So in other words, there are no solution that I am aware of that would meet that final requirement. The good news however is that admin could totally handle this (based on customer requests).
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We are sorry to hear about the CSV not importing properly.
I would love to help you with this topic.First off, I believe you should know that you actually do not need Event Aggregator to import CSV files. That feature is part of our free the Events Calendar plugin.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, based on the message, it seems like you could fix this using the instructions found here: https://tribulant.com/blog/wordpress/how-to-fix-sorry-this-file-type-is-not-permitted-for-security-reasons/
Let me know how that goes.
