    Hello,

Seems to be a common issue. I need to access the purchased files for the filter bar add-on.

Receive this message when trying to download:

503 ( Expired License Key ): Sorry, your access to this file has expired. Please contact The Events Calendar Support for assistance.

The license shows up in our account.

    Please help upon review.

Good evening Fred and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the message you are getting when trying to download your files.
I would love to help you with this topic.

Can you tell me if this happens when you click on the link found in the purchase email or if that is when clicking on the download button while being logged in your account on https://theeventscalendar.com ?

Either way, this is usually very temporary. Try downloading it again from https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Hello,

It was happening when the link from the email was clicked. It simply would not show on the downloads page (even after logging out and returning). The license was present but not the download.

I figured the link from the email had a key/license parameter amended to it. I was able to switch with the key with the one from the site and it worked perfectly.

Thank you for your response and I wish you the best resolving the issue!

    Cheers,

    Good evening Fred,

I am super stoked that you were able to get things to work.
We are looking into the email links to try to find out what could be causing this inconvenient bug.

Is there anything else I can help you with on this topic today ?

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.
