MemberPlease do the following:
- Delete the debug.log file
- Re-share your System Information while in Testing for Conflicts Mode
- Re-share your debug.log file, if it exists at all
After sharing that information with me in a Private Reply, re-activate your plugins one-by-one to determine which is causing WP_DEBUG messages to appear in the debug.log

MemberThank you but we refrain from logging into users’ sites, especially live sites.
When you enabled WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG did you notice anything in the debug.log file?

MemberHi, Hazel. Sorry you are finding the documentation for Event Aggregator (EA) lacking. It can be found here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/plugin/event-aggregator/
We actually have a totally separate add-on specific to Eventbrite: Eventbrite Tickets. It’s documentation can be found here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/plugin/eventbrite-tickets/
Do you only import from Eventbrite or also from other sources? In other words, do you need Eventbrite Tickets instead of EA or in addition to?
If you need both, you can purchase Eventbrite Tickets and see how it works for you.
Last but not least, we have Bundles and a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Stephanie. Sorry you’re experiencing issues with Event Aggregator (EA)
Is https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/scheduled-import-from-other-url-beta/#post-1446289 the last reply of the previous ticket you’re referring to?
If yes, did you try what was suggested there?

MemberHi, Andreas.
I tried replicating this but couldn’t. Here’s a video of my testing: https://cl.ly/201C3N3r1G0X
Please let me know if I missed a step.
Because this isn’t currently a confirmed issue, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins and WooCommerce core) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply.
That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Marilyn. Thanks for this detailed report.
I have logged this issue with our developers and have marked this thread as Pending Fix, which means it should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi, David. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
.ics files are able to be read by any calendar application.
Event archive pages (e.g. https://wpshindig.com/events/) have an iCal URL export (.ics file with many events).
Single event pages (e.g. https://wpshindig.com/event/learn-and-work-together/) have both Google Calendar and .ics export.
How each calendar application handles .ics files is up to them.
None of this differs between the free The Events Calendar and its paid add-ons.
I hope this information helps.

MemberHi, Andrew. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
Getting an Eventbrite API key for our Eventbrite Tickets add-on is easy. We link to the exact place you need to get it within the admin settings.
Last but not least, we have Bundles and a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberRemoving that option from your database should cause it to display a “Fix venues data” button near the bottom of the General tab.
Cliff
MemberThanks for the thorough reply and kind words.
https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/linked-post-type-instructors/ has its own template file, and that extension is meant to be forked (i.e. a template).
