    As you will see there:
    https://www.venicemusicproject.it/event/stabat-mater-2

The “next event” link goes to 2017, even if there are events AFTER this one (in 2018).
We can’t find a solution even with debug.

Do you need a login to troubleshoot ?

    Please help.

    Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, I’d recommend re-saving any recurring events and see if this resolves the previous/next issues.

Please let me know what you find out.

Thank you but we refrain from logging into users’ sites, especially live sites.

When you enabled WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG did you notice anything in the debug.log file?

I activated debug on the website,
can you give it a look ?

There are no php errors …. still you load a wrong event (in the past
instead of future) in the calendar:

You have multiple issues going on:

    1. This is the only one that relates to our plugin, but it’s an odd one. I’m unsure what could be in use on your site that has this old code in it. I’d recommend checking your theme’s functions.php file for “TribeEvents”.
    2. I think this is an issue with Visual Composer. Maybe you have an outdated version bundled with your theme. Maybe you have a VC add-on that’s outdated.
    3. disclaimer-by-elan42 plugin has errors that should be reported to the developer if you’re using the latest version of it.

I set it to Private for you.

Sorry you’re experiencing this but since it isn’t currently a confirmed issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

Please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions. Then, follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

Please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply.

Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

    Thanks for that information.

    1. There were some new updates released today. Please do perform all of our plugins’ updates.
    2. Your System Information Report does not reflect your site being in Testing for Conflicts Mode (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins)

    That solved our problem,
as you saw it was not our fault 😉
