MemberRobert, we actually have that as a different internal bug that we’re actively working on. Sorry about giving the impression of being “all done”, but we will get to the issue you described as soon as possible (although I’m unsure if we’re needing Sensei’s people to make some changes too) — so no guarantee on timing…
Thanks again for your understanding and patience.

MemberThanks for checking that information.
A theme change definitely shouldn’t affect our licensing, but we can’t know what every theme might do…
I’d suggest disconnecting the license from that site and then re-connecting them.
If that works, great. If not, please switch to a WordPress default theme TwentyFourteen, TwentyFifteen, TwentySixteen, etc. and see if anything changes.
Cliff
MemberThank you for the information.
With only Modern Tribe plugins active (including Filter Bar) and your theme set to a WordPress default theme like TwentyFifteen, does the issue remain?

MemberHi Neil. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
Event Tickets Plus (please watch the video at this link) is our paid add-on plugin that upgrades the functionality of our free Event Tickets plugin.
Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets via one of our supported eCommerce platforms. The free plugin only enables free RSVP-type tickets.
You can view our roundup/comparison of all the eCommerce plugins ET+ supports.
Our plugin uses your eCommerce plugin of choice, but your eCommerce plugin isn’t displayed for shopping pages. Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event.
Site visitors would purchase tickets from each event’s single page view (e.g. example.com/events/rogers-day-at-the-zoo/) — if there is an RSVP to submit or ticket to purchase.
The order confirmation email will include a QR code that can be scanned to “check in” someone at the door at the time of the event. You can read more at Tickets: Managing your orders and attendees.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi Robert. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
At this time, all our plugins would require you to install them on a WordPress site.
In case you’re still interested, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

MemberHi Jennifer. I apologize for this recently-discovered known issue. I have added this thread to our developers’ internal bug tracker.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi Krista.
I noticed console errors at your site when using the View switcher.
If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberLucas, I found an existing UserVoice thread for this topic too. You might want to add your vote there.

MemberI discovered this was an issue that was resolved as of Event Tickets Plus 4.1.2, and your system report was only at version 4.1.
Therefore, please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions:
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any messages you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberThanks for clarifying.
I discovered another issue that events in the past aren’t being detected. For example, your “Test Event” event that occurred yesterday:
DTSTART:20160523T130000Z DTEND:20160523T140000ZTherefore, please add new events only in the future to see if your recurring import is working properly.
If it turns out to not be working properly…
