    Hi Mr Peri.

    Sorry about these troubles.

I checked your PRO and ET+ licenses and both have dates from 2016-08-29 → 2018-02-28

The fact that you can post this new thread topic in one of our paid forums makes it seem even more odd that you would experience this.

Please try a fresh browser or clear your browser cookies/cache, and if you’re still experiencing this, please provide a screenshot or video screencast and the link(s) you’re experiencing this at.

    Thanks.

    Hi Dominik.

In our forums, we try to keep each thread to a single question, but I’ll try to give a brief answer for each of your questions.

    1. You could customize the attendees-list.php file to wrap the output in a is_user_logged_in() conditional. You’d want to start by copying /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/attendees-list.php file to your child theme’s folder. Please reference our ET+ Themer’s Guide for more information.
    2. Again, you could customize the output like #1
    3. Our ET+ Attendee Meta fields currently don’t have validation like that. You could add this as a feature request at https://tribe.uservoice.com/
    4. Please reference this code snippet.
    5. Please add your vote to this existing feature request. Also see the suggested workaround.

For the last item, we’re not experiencing this so please follow our recommended troubleshooting steps:

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

Christian, thanks so much for the helpful video and log file.

I noticed from the video you’re not running the latest version of WordPress, which is always recommended. Also, your WP Admin Bar shows another update available.

I’d suggest updating WordPress core and all Modern Tribe plugins to their latest releases.

If that doesn’t help fix the issue, please try switching your site’s language to English. It’s a bit of a longshot, but it might be worth a try.

Please also send a fresh copy of your System Information Report after all updates have been completed if it’s still not working (while still in Testing for Conflicts Mode).

Thanks for your extra effort on this one. Sorry, again, that you’re experiencing it.

Simon, thanks so much for posting your own separate thread from Tommy’s.

As I shared with Tommy just now, I was able to reproduce this issue and passed it along to our development team to hopefully fix (and hopefully soon).

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

In the meantime, you could use one of our shortcodes, which can also filter by Event Categories.

Marcus, I believe you actually copied this file: /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/single-event.php (not in the “list” sub-directory)

even though you meant to copy this file: /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list/single-event.php (is in the “list” sub-directory)

I believe this is the case due to the contents of the PHP file you previously shared with me via Google Drive link.

Please copy from the correct location to your child theme’s “list” sub-directory, make a small modification, and once you’ve got that part down correctly (List View doesn’t break and your “xxx” or other slight modification does work), then we’ll continue answering the rest of your questions.

I am sorry this is happening for you.

Please change your system to Testing for Conflicts Mode and see if this issue continues.

If it does, please send me your System Information Report while still in Testing for Conflicts Mode. Any screenshots, video screen captures, etc. that you think might be additionally helpful would be appreciated.

Then I’ll try to replicate the issue on my local testing site.

Instruction links are available in my 2nd reply, above.

Hi Cute. Thanks for your detailed report.

Please make sure you’re using the latest versions of all our plugins and then share your System Information Report. Then, I’ll forward this to our developers to take a closer look.

    Thanks!

Hi Christian. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

Since this isn’t something I’ve seen before, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps (and guessing switching to Twenty Sixteen theme will solve the issue):

    Hi Dominique.

Thanks for the screenshot. Did you mean to attach a second one?

Anyway, this plugin may help you out (or at least do most of the coding for you toward adding your own widget area for a specific view, for example).

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Interesting find.

From your widgets screenshot, I see you have WooThemes Sensei plugin(s) active. If you deactivate that and re-save your Permalinks settings, do the widgets then appear as expected?

I noticed the start and end times are the same: 7pm UTC-5, except for some differences for some of the occurrences within the recurrence series.

Please change the occurrences to have a duration greater than zero and see if the issue remains.

Please try changing the event to have a city timezone instead of a UTC-offset timezone.

Also, can you replicate this issue on more than one recurring event series or is it just this one?

Please also send me your system information report.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for this information.

Is there a reason you don’t want to manually insert those URLs into your HTML sitemap, since you’re just wanting the views to be included, not individual events, venues, or organizers?
