ParticipantHi,
We’re using Events Calendar PRO and Event Ticket Plus for our ski club page. Therefore I’ve got some questions:
1. Is it possible to show the participants only to registered users?
2. Is it possible to show also the participant’s full name, not only the payer’s name?
3. Is it possible to configure an input text field in the tickets section as a birth date input (for example: input format can only be 03.12.1967)
4. There is the price for the ticket in the event’s header, but it’s formatted like 15.30 €. As we are based in Germany, we would like to replace the dot by a comma. In WooCommerce the separator is a comma, but apparently it does not affect the header.
5. Is it somehow possible to have a waiting list? Sometimes participants cancel their participation and it would be nice, if the next one on the list could move up.
6. In the error logs I get those warnings almost every minute:
PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /mnt/web003/b1/39/56798039/htdocs/WordPress_02/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Main.php on line 4383PHP Warning: glob() expects parameter 2 to be integer, string given in /mnt/web003/b1/39/56798039/htdocs/WordPress_02/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Main.php on line 4383It’s either this line or 229.
Thanks for your support
Dominik

MemberHi Dominik.
In our forums, we try to keep each thread to a single question, but I’ll try to give a brief answer for each of your questions.
- You could customize the attendees-list.php file to wrap the output in a is_user_logged_in() conditional. You’d want to start by copying /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/attendees-list.php file to your child theme’s folder. Please reference our ET+ Themer’s Guide for more information.
- Again, you could customize the output like #1
- Our ET+ Attendee Meta fields currently don’t have validation like that. You could add this as a feature request at https://tribe.uservoice.com/
- Please reference this code snippet.
- Please add your vote to this existing feature request. Also see the suggested workaround.
For the last item, we’re not experiencing this so please follow our recommended troubleshooting steps:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
