    Hi Dan.

Sorry this happened on your site.

It sounds like you’ll need to access your site via SFTP or cPanel File Manager or some other “files on your server” sort of access.

Then you can just delete the WooTickets folder at /wp-admin/plugins/wootickets (or, if you feel more comfortable with it, just rename it to something like “wootickets-x”)

Then try to load your site again and since the WooTickets plugin will now be deactivated, it shouldn’t be throwing that error.

You can then install and activate WooCommerce, Event Tickets, and Event Tickets Plus and you should be good to go! See Moving to Event Tickets Plus.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

    Hi.

    Sorry for the difficulty here.

I checked your account and it looks like both your WooTickets and Event Tickets Plus licenses are renewed through this day of 2017.

I’d suggest viewing your https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and hopefully everything there is clear for you.

I’m glad to hear you’re working on moving to Event Tickets & Event Tickets Plus. The “migration” should be as simple as deactivating one and activating ET & ET+! See Moving to Event Tickets Plus.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

    Hi Michel.

I visited that link and didn’t see the single event’s iCal Export button, which is there by default. This is the code that adds it: https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/4.2.7/src/Tribe/iCal.php#L15

Therefore, I’d suggest asking your theme developer about it.

I hope this points you in the right direction.

    Hi Derek.

I added your request to an internal feature request to have an action hook available at our plugin’s login form.

However, you can see the login form code at Line 1648 of /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/src/Tribe/Main.php

Basically, it uses wp_login_form() so maybe there’s something there you can use.

I hope this points you in the right direction for your desired customization.

    Hi Ben.

    Thanks for your purchase.

The cleanest way for us to handle this, due to the way Bundles are priced and put together, is for you to purchase it and then submit a refund request for the Order # of the incorrect purchase.

Let me know if this answers your question.

    Thanks!

    Hi Fraser.

I believe you meant “featured image”, not “featured event”.

I see the featured image is in the header area: https://cl.ly/1M440v400O2o

I’m guessing that’s coming from your theme because putting the featured image as the CSS background-image is definitely not our default code.

I hope this information points you in the right direction.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

    Hi Evan.

Thanks for your interest in our Event Tickets Plus, our paid add-on plugin that upgrades the functionality of our free Event Tickets plugin.

Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets via one of our supported eCommerce platforms. The free plugin only enables free RSVP-type tickets.

You can view our roundup/comparison of all the eCommerce plugins ET+ supports.

Our plugin uses your eCommerce plugin of choice, but your eCommerce plugin isn’t displayed for shopping pages. Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event.

Site visitors would purchase tickets from each event’s single page/view (e.g. example.com/events/rogers-day-at-the-zoo/) — if there is an RSVP to submit or ticket to purchase.

The order confirmation email will include a QR code that can be scanned to “check in” someone at the door at the time of the event. You can read more at Tickets: Managing your orders and attendees.

    Specific to your queries:

    1)

You could, but it’d take a small code snippet.

This could help you in this direction and then you could make the quantity field hidden or readonly:

    https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/58cb269145d7187a45f9761128fdf338

    2)

Multi-stage purchasing like this isn’t possible within Event Tickets Plus’ purchase process/workflow. However, if you have a logged-in user whose membership grants them a discount, you could probably still pull this off with a WooCommerce membership pricing sort of plugin. (Please reference this help article.)

    3)

I’m unclear what you have in mind here. If you are the site owner and you set the price of a ticket to be $10, what additional “admin fee” are you referring to?

    4)

Please reference the general information I shared above.

You might also want to add your vote to this existing feature request.

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    Hi Mohamed.

Sorry you found this known bug. 🙁

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

Hi, Dominik. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

I’d suggest asking your host to make sure your directories and files have the proper permissions.

    Hi, Jason.

Unfortunately, our ticketing plugins do not support PRO’s recurring events functionality.

I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3685663-recurring-event-support-for-tickets — Please do add your vote.

One workaround idea is to create all your recurring events, break them all from the recurrence series (so they become single/standalone events) and then add tickets to each single/standalone event.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

It sounds like you also deactivated The Events Calendar plugin.

Also, a theme must always be active. I’m guessing you were saying that you activated Twenty Sixteen theme.

Please continue the troubleshooting steps with Twenty Sixteen theme and only Modern Tribe plugins active. You can also activate Easy Digital Downloads if you use it for tickets.

However, I noticed you’re using “EDD Tickets”, which has been replaced by Event Tickets & Event Tickets Plus. You should deactivate EDD Tickets and install & activate ET and ET+ plugins and use them with EDD. You shouldn’t lose any ticketing data for your events. And you can get your ET+ license from https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/

Right… now click “Previous Events” link in the lower-left of that single result and they should be there.

I asked one of our developers about this and they didn’t think there was any “snippet-able” way to help this “feature” (or problem in your case).

You could request this as a new feature/enhancement (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

Shortcodes? Shortcake is not our plugin.

Please see our version 4.3 preview blog post for more info, but we do not give specific dates. I’d guess within a matter of weeks (probably not months).

Zachary, generated on the fly is very likely the culprit here. It could be the time it takes to generate the URL. Maybe try this code snippet to increase iCal Importer’s timeout length:
