ICall download icv file but not adding event

Hey,

We have integrated the pro version of event calendar and its working great until we got into a problem.

When we tried to icall export the single event into andriod device, it downloads the file but when we open it, it didnt add event into the device, a popup of calendar appear and less then second it fades away.

Please help.

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

We definitely will. I’d guess it’ll be at least several weeks, possibly 1-2 months, but I cannot say for sure.

Hi Mohamed,

We wanted to let you know that we were unable to provide a fix for the issue you reported here about events being unable to be imported by the Google Calendar app on an Android phone. As it turns out, this is actually a known issue with Android itself which means it is something we are unable to fix on our end.

Thanks for the heads up on this so we could look into it further and find information that will be helpful to others who might find themselves in the same situation.
