    Hi guys,

    I’m currently in the middle of a WooTickets > Event Tickets Plus migration. I just purchased a renewal (order 1172859) for my ETP less than an hour ago, but it is displaying as expired. Making it impossible for me to activate the license while I’m in the middle of a migration.

    Can you please look into this for me ASAP?

    Sorry for the difficulty here.

    I checked your account and it looks like both your WooTickets and Event Tickets Plus licenses are renewed through this day of 2017.

    I’d suggest viewing your https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and hopefully everything there is clear for you.

    I’m glad to hear you’re working on moving to Event Tickets & Event Tickets Plus. The “migration” should be as simple as deactivating one and activating ET & ET+! See Moving to Event Tickets Plus.
