MemberHi Cameron.
Our Photo View uses Isotope to layout the Events/posts. There isn’t an easy setting for specifying the number of columns or to make them a standardized height instead of “masonry” style.
It may be possible with some custom coding. If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

MemberHi Adrian.
Regarding customizing specific words/phrases, please reference Change the wording of any bit of text or string (actual code snippet is at the very bottom) — or How to Override Plugin Language Files — and let me know how things turn out for you.
Thank you.

MemberHi Pau. The tribe_events shortcode’s usage is documented here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
You could request any new feature ideas (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

MemberHi Donna. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Could you please provide me some links, annotated screenshots, and/or video screen recording to demonstrate it so I can try to reproduce it?
Cliff
MemberHi Lester. This isn’t a known issue at this time.
For an event that is behaving intermittently like this, could you please provide me with some screenshots of your Attendees screen and a link to the event on your website?
Thank you.

MemberHi Yohan.
Please read Selling tickets from the WooCommerce products page and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Thanks.

MemberHi Jonathan. Thanks for the screenshot and link.
There are several issues here.
1)
I visited the link and noticed console errors at your site: https://cl.ly/2o3m1L1U3S1U
(If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
2)
I see from your System Information that you did enter a Google Maps API key, which is good.
If you’re getting the daily query limit when geocoding Venue addresses, you’ll either need to sign up for a paid account with Google, or possibly wait until the next day.
Do you have an estimate of how many new Venues you created (i.e. tried to geocode) in a single day? Or do you think it could be your site getting so many page/map views as the cause for going over the limit?

To resolve #1, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please re-share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberInteresting. I’m glad you found it, but we’ve heard of many using Slider Revolution successfully. Please make sure you’re using its latest version if you do try it out again. You could also contact their support if you continue to have issues.
Thank you!
Cliff
MemberJustin, please give this snippet a shot and see if it does what you want:
Cliff
MemberPlease provide me the code snippet you currently have in your active theme’s functions.php?
(And, no, Main.php isn’t able to be overridden like that because it’s not a template/output file.)
Cliff
MemberThe download is only available to people who have purchased Total theme, which I have not, but if you’re good handling all that with them, that’s great.
So is that message the last outstanding issue? What URL are you at when you see that message?
Cliff
MemberAlright, check out this short video: https://cl.ly/1U1V1u2g1y2t
So I’d say the issue is that your theme or another plugin is causing the “Near” search to not perform as expected, which is to offer “UK” or “Australia” suggestions before allowing the search to execute.
Therefore, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
Please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Thanks.
