    Hi, Mike.

Please visit https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-ticket-list-of-all-rsvps-attendees/#post-1165553 and see if that works well for you.

If it doesn’t, please further explain what you’re needing or the bug you think is occurring.

    Thank you.

    Hi, Bram.

Only the files in this directory — /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/meta.php — are able to be overridden via our Themer’s Guide

However, if you provide me the exact text you’d like removed, I might still be able to help.

    Please let me know.

Hi. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

Our PRO add-on enables Map View.

It sounds like you’re already using our PRO add-on, but you posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.

We don’t answer support questions for The Events Calendar core/free or Event Tickets core/free or their paid add-ons in the Pre-Sales forum.

If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.

Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

Hi, Aleks. This isn’t something we’re able to replicate (I just assigned a featured image in Safari on WP 4.7, saved the event, and it displayed on the sidebar of wp-admin Event editor just fine).

Also, you posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.

    Hi, Matteo.

    Hi, Thierry.

I’m unclear exactly what your issue is. Could you please provide annotated screenshots or a video screen capture to more clearly explain your question?

Hi, Sophie. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

This isn’t currently a known issue — something we’re able to replicate — so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

    Hi, Randy.

Sorry you’re still experiencing this bug.

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. I’d guess it’ll be fixed sometime this month (but cannot guarantee).

I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

You could wait for the fix or take matters into your own hands (we recommend backups!) and run a find/replace on our plugin’s directory for WP_CONTENT_URL and replace with content_url()

The latter function detects the protocol automatically. It is the preferred method over using the undocumented core constant that the codex explicitly says for plugins not to rely on.

    I hope this information helps.

    Hi, Marina.

I tried this on an HTTPS site and it seemed to work just fine for me.

    Hi, Betsy. Awesome job troubleshooting!

Thanks so much for reporting this and for being so detailed.

We were able to replicate this so the bug has been logged, and I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. I’d guess that it’d be sometime this month (but I cannot guarantee that).

I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Hi, Nicolas.

Sorry, but we cannot provide support for a page scraper.

If you add one of our widgets to your site and it does not display correctly in a web browser, we’d be able to help you with that.

    Thanks, Mario.

I was able to import that URL to my local testing site and I do see the Eventbrite Event Status is Draft.

I tried to change it to Live and it didn’t work for me either… which is what is to be expected since my local testing site’s Eventbrite credentials shouldn’t be able to edit your event on Eventbrite.

Was this event created on Eventbrite’s website or directly from your WordPress site? If the former, are your site’s Eventbrite credentials (in the settings area of Eventbrite Tickets at wp-admin > Events > Settings > APIs) from the same account that created this Eventbrite event?
