December 13, 2016 at 8:15 am in reply to: I have a problem with the plugin The Events Calendar: Community Events #1205226Cliff
MemberThanks for this, Jerome.
This doesn’t look like a debug message from our plugins. Specifically, it looks like an issue with your wp-user-frontend-pro-2.3.10 plugin so I’d suggest disabling that and, if it doesn’t solve the issue, then follow these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Rachel. Yes, the Google Calendar import end time issue is still in the works but should be released sometime this month I’d guess.
Thanks for your patience.
Cliff
MemberWe looked into it further and it is the edit_posts capability. It is the handle_redirects() method from this file: /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/QR.php
If you’d like to edit the default capabilities (who can do what) or create new user roles, you may choose to consider modifying the behavior via custom code or possibly via a plugin like User Role Editor (we cannot guarantee its compatibility but it generally considered a reliable plugin).

MemberHi, Colbourne.
I believe the correct user level is Contributor, but you might also want to add your vote to our existing feature request, here: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/5575496-specific-roles-capabilities-for-event-ticket-check
Adding your vote allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
Thank you.

MemberHi. Sorry for the trouble here.
I see Order# 1204917 was canceled but Order# 1204919 went through successfully.
I also see your license key is issued and active.
Please login to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/, where you can see your order history and details and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Paul.

MemberHi, David.
Thanks for your interest in our plugins!
I don’t show any prior purchases for this account/email address. If you do have an account login, you might be able to get the renewal discount by clicking the renewal button at https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
If you don’t have any prior purchases from our website, please check out our Deals, Coupons & Discounts! page.
You can also subscribe to our newsletter and/or follow us on social media (both are in the footer of our website).
We do offer pre-built Bundles, which some of our customers have found to be a great way to get several of our plugins at a “bulk purchase” discount.
Please reference our Do you offer discounts for nonprofit organizations? article if you think it may apply to you.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Robin.
As you said, unfortunately, our ticketing plugins do not support PRO’s recurring events functionality. Please do add your vote to that request, though: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3685663-recurring-event-support-for-tickets
If you are wanting that functionality, one workaround idea is to create all your recurring events, break them all from the recurrence series (so they become single/standalone events) and then add tickets to each single/standalone event.
===
To answer your main question, you can only sell tickets from each event’s single event view.
You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
December 12, 2016 at 2:56 pm in reply to: End Dates still not imported from Google Calendar (4.3.4.1) #1204943Cliff
MemberHi, Mike.
Yes, this is a known bug that we’re working to resolve soon.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
Cliff
MemberHi, Jessica.
I confirmed there aren’t Screen Options at a single events’ Attendees view for the current release (v4.3.4.1)
We dug through some prior versions and found it last existed in v4.2 (and therefore removed as of v4.2.1)
I don’t believe it was an intentional change, other than several column names were combined and it may have been taken out since it would then have to be changed to account for new column data.
Regardless of why, sorry about that, and it’s been ticketed as a feature request internally to bring it back.
Thanks for bringing this up! Sorry I can’t give you a solution you can use today, but hopefully the development/management teams can bring it back eventually for you and other users.

MemberHi, Riccardo.
Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I tried with The Events Calendar v4.3.3 and it worked and then tried with v4.3.4.1 and it still worked for me.
I went to a single event that had a venue assigned and clicked its link and it displayed as expected, with “luogo” in the URL.
I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Stan.
Our Themer’s Guide can help you learn how to override your List View.
You can look through the code used in other views, including single views, to figure out which functions to use or HTML code to use.
I appreciate your question and the desire to customize it for your use. However, we cannot provide such in-depth customization help, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
If there’s a code snippet you’d like me to put some eyes on or something else I can help you with, please update this ticket.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
Cliff
MemberHi, Linda.
Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
(If you’re technologically-challenged, you might need to ask your site developer/designer to enable this and test it for you.)
