ParticipantHi there,
First let me establish that I’m technologically challenged. On Friday, I did the Event Calendar update to 4.3.4.1 and Event Calendar Pro 4.3.3. My site went down (www.lindacreates.com. The forums I’ve read indicated that the versions are suppose to match but I’m not finding another update for Pro to make it match. 2ndly, do you have any idea why the Event Calendar plugin, which has operated successful for a bit, would cause my site to crash after the update? Any help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated as I need to page to be active on my site (deactivating it let’s my site be up but the Calendar page is gone).
Thanks in advance for your help and understanding that the tech stuff often alludes me.

ParticipantI am unable to revert back to a previous version of WP. I thought Updraft would allow me to do this but when I tried to restore it told me it was unable to access the files. Have now set up a different way to backup.

ParticipantI have contacted the designer for my webpage/blog: Yes it is me however theme is just changing look of your blog not functionality so it can not crash your site š You can tell them that you are using genesis framework for your theme. It is well known framework and if there are any problems between theme and this plugin it will genesis versus them.
I think I’ve covered all the bases I’ve been able to google or get from the forums. Please help! =)

Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Please enableĀ WP_DEBUGĀ andĀ WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
(If you’re technologically-challenged, you might need to ask your site developer/designer to enable this and test it for you.)
