ParticipantWhere can I find the ‘Attendees’ list from a previous event. I only seem to be able to see the ‘Orders’ list.
I’ve been using the Attendees list extensively on the run up to the event, and was exporting details. Now it’s gone.
Any help?!
Thanks.

MemberHi, Mike.
Please visit https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-ticket-list-of-all-rsvps-attendees/#post-1165553 and see if that works well for you.
If it doesn’t, please further explain what you’re needing or the bug you think is occurring.
Thank you.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
I tried installing that plugin. Installed fine but still doesn’t show attendees of past events…
We’ve run a number of events this year and I need to be able to easily access and export ticket sales data to Excel. Something that is easy for future events: selecting ‘Attendees’ brings up the list with emails and option to Export.
However, none of our past events are now showing the option for ‘Attendees’, only ‘Orders’ which has the email addresses but no way to export the data.
Does that make sense?
Mike.

MemberYou might need to edit that plugin’s code to make it for what you’re wanting, such as displaying past events and linking to each event’s Attendees screen.
I verified a past event’s wp-admin edit screen still links to the Attendees screen for that event — such as example-dot-com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events&page=tickets-attendees&event_id=154 — and you might want to change that plugin to link to that page for each event.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
I’ve been back and forth with our web developers. They are pretty convinced its a bug.
They said they can’t figure out why the “Attendees” links aren’t there (either on the events listing or the product page.) They’re saying that manipulating the url is my only option for now, but I may want to post a follow-up thread.
Please can you look over this again and see if you can work out why that “Attendees” link would now be gone. It’s a hassle having to manipulate the url each time.
Thanks.
Mike.

MemberSorry this is causing you such headache.
Maybe you (or your developers) could record your screen (Jing and CloudApp make it easy to share a recording of your screen) to demonstrate your wp-admin area, specifically that all non-Modern Tribe plugins are disabled and that you’re using a default theme like Twenty Seventeen. Then navigate to an event on your site that has sold tickets and that this Attendees link isn’t appearing: https://cl.ly/1w0r081j0u1p

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
