MemberHi, Andries.
You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.
We don’t answer support questions for The Events Calendar core/free or Event Tickets core/free or their paid add-ons in the Pre-Sales forum.
However, I understand this is a bug report. In the future, please report such things via our free support forum for The Events Calendar.
For this one time, however, please do specify which URL(s) this error is happening on and we’ll see if we can replicate the issue.
Thank you.

MemberHi, Kelli.
I appreciate your question and the desire to customize it for your use. However, we cannot provide such in-depth customization help, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
You might be interested in a reference like https://www.sitepoint.com/working-phone-numbers-javascript/ and applying formatting via JavaScript to user-entered phone numbers, for example.
If there’s a code snippet you’d like me to put some eyes on or something else I can help you with, please update this ticket or create a new ticket if it’s a separate issue.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

MemberHi, Debbie.
We do have an option to redirect access to wp-admin. You can set this option here:
wp-admin > Events > Settings > Community tab > “Access Control” section > “Redirect URL” option and enter where you want them to go
Please let me know how this goes for you.
Cliff
MemberHi, Olivia.
Could you please provide me the link to this Eventbrite event so I can test myself?
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberHi, Simon.
You should try to enable display of the Google Map on this event and then see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
If you can’t figure it out, please let me know when the issue appears again and I’ll take a look for you.

MemberHi, Erik.
I tested with X Theme version 4.6.4 and Cornerstone version 1.3.3 and my /events page looks just fine: https://cl.ly/1v1t1D0i1M0A
It might be an issue with the child theme you’re using (if any) or your X Theme settings (e.g. specific skin) or other plugins you’re using.
We cannot provide help for non-default WordPress themes (like Twenty Seventeen), per our Scope of Support / Terms.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your theme author, site developer, or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

MemberI didn’t realize the https://www.fbcsudbury.org/events/ site’s iCal feed was your site’s — the one you were asking about.
I downloaded that link’s iCal link and noticed this for the first event:
DTSTART;TZID=UTC+0:20170101T103000I see that UTC+0 in there for the first and other events.
I’d suggest going to your site’s wp-admin > Settings > General and then setting your WordPress timezone to the one you want. Also, you might have timezone-related settings at wp-admin > Events > Settings that should be set also.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberI believe my previous screenshot appears the way you’re describing.
However, if you want to customize the output of the List Widget, you can reference our Themer’s Guide to customize one or both of these files:
- /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/widgets/list-widget.php
- /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/widgets/list-widget.php
If there’s a code snippet you’d like me to put some eyes on or something else I can help you with, please update this ticket or create a new ticket if it’s a separate issue.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

MemberThanks for sharing that.
At this time, there aren’t any capabilities specific to RSVP, Attendees, Ticket Fieldsets, or Tickets post types.
If you add ‘edit_pages’ => true, does that get things to work for non-administrators?
FYI: If you’d like to edit the default capabilities (who can do what) or just to browse through them, you may consider a plugin like User Role Editor (we cannot guarantee its compatibility but it generally considered a reliable plugin).
Cliff
MemberAre you asking about the “Clean up recurring events after” setting? That’s only for recurring events, not for all events (i.e. non-recurring events).
If you’re asking about something else, please provide a link and/or screenshot and any additional information/description that may be helpful.
Thank you.
Cliff
MemberYou’re welcome, and thanks for your understanding.
Have a great rest of your week.

MemberWell only 8 votes since October 2016, doesn’t qualify it as a “hot” item…
We also don’t have a hard-and-fast rule about the number of votes “required” for us to decide to do a new feature.
Cliff
MemberI’m glad you got things figured out. Sorry you were disappointed.
I see now that your event’s “Register Now” text is changed to “Your Choice” and links to “#tribe-events-tickets” instead of just “#” so I’m glad that’s fixed.
I can tell your site is using Eventica theme, which may have something to do with the ET / ET+ issue you’re referring to. What about ET+ resolved the issue?

MemberWell that’s quite a lot! However, the good thing is that it looks like the same error message over and over — so really just a single error:
Error reading Wordfence Firewall config data, configuration file could be corrupted or inaccessible. Path: /…/wp-content/wflogs/config.php
You may want to try disabling Wordfence and see if our plugin no longer throws errors or makes the Dashboard inaccessible.
Regardless, you should inquire about this issue with Wordfence.
