    Hello everyone-

I’ve started using Event Tickets Plus with no problem, except for one issue: the events page is not showing up right in my theme. I saw a comment that some people maybe had issues with Theme X from ThemeCo, but I was hoping to find a way to resolve those. Right now my solution is to just display:none the back button to the events page and not actually use the events page as every single event will have it’s own page and doesn’t necessarily need to be discovered on a calendar. But I would like to find a way to get this working fully. The site is jleugene.org. I’ve attached a photo of what I currently see when going to jleugene.org/events. It did indeed seem to work with TwentyFourteen theme…just odd that I can get the individual event (and ticket) pages to work, but not the /events page.

    Hi, Erik.

I tested with X Theme version 4.6.4 and Cornerstone version 1.3.3 and my /events page looks just fine: https://cl.ly/1v1t1D0i1M0A

It might be an issue with the child theme you’re using (if any) or your X Theme settings (e.g. specific skin) or other plugins you’re using.

We cannot provide help for non-default WordPress themes (like Twenty Seventeen), per our Scope of Support / Terms.

Thank you very much for your understanding.

If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your theme author, site developer, or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
