ParticipantThere seems to be a confict with your plugin and the WordPress dashboard. When I activate the events calendar plugin, all users (except admin) get a blank page when they login. The console in the browser gives me a http 500 error. When i deactivate the plugin everyting works fine. I am using the latest version of the Events Calendar plugin

MemberHi, Jay.
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this.
I’d suggest enabling WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and sharing any debug messages you see while visiting your dashboard, changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

ParticipantHi,
I did that and the only related error I get in the log is this:
[18-Jan-2017 03:21:35 UTC] the-events-calendar/common – Log: Initializing Tribe Events on Jan, 18th at 03:01:35 am

MemberWell that’s quite a lot! However, the good thing is that it looks like the same error message over and over — so really just a single error:
Error reading Wordfence Firewall config data, configuration file could be corrupted or inaccessible. Path: /…/wp-content/wflogs/config.php
You may want to try disabling Wordfence and see if our plugin no longer throws errors or makes the Dashboard inaccessible.
Regardless, you should inquire about this issue with Wordfence.

Participantthanks for the reply!
I fixed this error with the Wordfence plugin (something with the firewall). But I don’t think that has to do with the blank dashboard, because I am still having this problem.
The point is when I de-activate Wordfence OR the Event Calendar, the dashboard works fine. So it’s a conflict between the 2.
I need both plugins for my website. So how can we fix this? Thanks.

MemberI heard of two users reporting a different issue that might be related to Wordfence. I’m waiting to hear back from both of them.
Please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

MemberPlease visit wp-admin > Wordfence > Diagnostics > and check the box to enable debugging mode and see if any interesting debug information occurs when running your scan(s).
Please also copy that page’s full Diagnostics report and paste here as a Private Reply (it should paste as an HTML table).
