MemberHi, Rick.
If you share an annotated screenshot or video screen capture, it might help communicate what you’re seeing and what exactly the issue is. Please also specify where each screenshot came from (the link).
With that information, I’ll be able to take a closer look at trying to help with this.
Thank you.

MemberHi, Scott. Thanks for your detailed reports.
FYI: in our forums we keep our threads focused on just one issue at a time to ensure we fully answer each of your questions/issues. Please keep this in mind for the future. Thanks for your understanding.
1)
I was able to replicate this behavior for RSVP type tickets and logged a bug for it.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
2)
I wasn’t able to replicate this for RSVP type tickets. Please try with RSVP ticket. If it works with RSVP but not the ticket type you’re using, please specify which eCommerce ticket type(s) for which you were able to get this to occur.
3)
I logged this as a feature request.
4)
At https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/event-tickets/event-tickets-plus/#new-post, clicking the “?” next to System Information takes me to https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/, and I do not see Events > Settings > Help there. Where are you seeing this?

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I visited http://www.roadracing.no/events/kart and it was displaying the map. Was that plugin deactivated?
If yes, please activate it and then I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
And see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
If it’s still causing issues and you can’t determine any WP_DEBUG or console errors to report back to me, then please re-share your System Information, provide a link to download a copy of that plugin, and provide a link to see the error in effect at your site (or screenshots of what’s happening).
Of course, we always recommend full, restorable database and file backups.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Vanina.
Could you please provide a link to the snippet you’re trying to implement?
Cliff
MemberHi, Andrew. Thanks for your purchase and sorry for the delay getting to your question.
Is this the exact URL you’re entering in your Event Aggregator import settings?
Cliff
MemberHi. Thanks for the link.
Please send me a screenshot of the wp-admin edit screen for this event so I can see its event date/time settings.
Cliff
MemberHi. Do you edit the Venue’s title between imports?
For example:
- Import “123 Easy Street” venue
- Edit venue title to “XYZ”
- Import another event at this same venue
- and then it imports another/new “123 Easy Street” venue
Cliff
MemberHi, Rich. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Joshua.
Please reference these:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/custom-event-queries/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wordpress-post-meta-data/ (probably what you’re looking for except it’s a bit outdated–but it’s still helpful)
and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberWell, Damien, that was a great question… although it was time-consuming for me to resolve. Thanks for your patience.
Please manually update to version 1.1 (delete the extension from your plugins and then re-install a fresh copy from https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/formatted-event-date-shortcode/) and let me know if that gets things working properly for you.
Thanks!
Cliff
MemberExcellent. Thanks for confirming.
Have a great day!

MemberBreaking from a series is a per-occurrence (yes, one-by-one) task.
My understanding of tickets on recurring events is that the ticket is technically attached to the initial occurrence (the parent post) and therefore if you later break an occurrence from the series, the ticket will still be attached to the parent post, not the broken out new post.
This is part of the technical challenge of implementing tickets for recurring events, and, therefore, recurring events is getting major infrastructural changes over the next few months in order to gradually build-out the ability to attach tickets to an occurrence within a series.
Maybe that’s more than you were wanting to know about it… anyway, I’d guess that if you have a ticket attached to the parent post, break out one of the occurrences from the series and then move each ticket to this newly-created standalone event.
If that sounds like it might work for you, please give it a try on a test version of your site or a separate testing site and let me know how it works for you.

MemberI’m sorry, Gene, but I’m unclear exactly what you’re describing. Could you please explain in greater detail, including any links, annotated screenshots, and/or video screen captures that might help communicate what you’re seeing and what exactly the issue is?
Thank you.
