Events do not show up on map view – other plugin issue

Hi,

Events do not show up on map when I have another plugin activated. The plug in “Form Maker Pro” makes map view to stall.

When “Form Maker Pro” is activated, the site for map view seems to still be searching for events has a symbol for “waiting” shows under the map where the events are listed.

Map view works fine when the plugin “Form Maker Pro” is deactivated.

How can I solve this issue? I use Form Maker Pro, so I just dont want to find another plugin for this.

Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

I visited http://www.roadracing.no/events/kart and it was displaying the map. Was that plugin deactivated?

If yes, please activate it and then I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

• Downloads / Version Numbers
• License Keys
• TEC Automatic Updates
• or TEC Manual Updates
• WordPress core updates

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

And see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

If it’s still causing issues and you can’t determine any WP_DEBUG or console errors to report back to me, then please re-share your System Information, provide a link to download a copy of that plugin, and provide a link to see the error in effect at your site (or screenshots of what’s happening).

Of course, we always recommend full, restorable database and file backups.
