MemberOh, and to be clear, I see you have iCal Importer add-on plugin active on your site. This is a retired/legacy plugin, replaced by Event Aggregator (EA). We provided you a license for it that expires the same date your iCal Importer add-on license expired.
We do not provide support for iCal Importer any longer.
Please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-aggregator/ if you are not using EA.
Thank you.

MemberHi, Jason.
Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I see the blue arrow in your screenshot is for an all day event, correct? If yes, please explain how it could be off by an hour.
Could you also please provide links to your Google Calendar .ics file and the event(s) you think did not import properly?
Thank you.

MemberHi, pylon.
I’m sorry you’re experiencing this, and thanks for the detailed report here.
Since you have WP_DEBUG_LOG enabled, it would create a new file at /wp-content/debug.log. If there’s no file there, there aren’t any WP_DEBUG messages happening.
Regarding your php.ini file settings, some hosts disable loading of such a file and therefore those settings might not even be taking effect. You should check with your web host if you have concerns about this.
However, I see this information from your system report via our plugin:
PHP
max_execution_time = 300
memory_limit = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 30M
post_max_size = 64M
display_errors =
log_errors = 1When Googling for your issue, I came across this fairly-recent article. You may want to go through it thoroughly.
Please let me know how things go for you.

MemberHi, SimL.
Yes, this would be possible. If you have a paid license with us, we would be able to ask additional questions of exactly what you’re wanting and where it should be implemented and how we might recommend to implement it.
However, please understand that we do not do custom coding jobs for customers, per our Scope of Support / Terms. We point customers in the right direction for such things and help as best we can.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
April 24, 2017 at 2:48 pm in reply to: Change the sender email address for all events-ticket related emails? #1273675Cliff
MemberI’ve updated the gist. It works for WooCommerce now too!
It could be slightly modified if you needed RSVP tickets to have different From Address and/or From Name than WooCommerce tickets.
I hope this serves you well! 🙂
P.S. Since you’re using the RSVP tickets functionality, we’d love your support with a 5-star review of Event Tickets!

MemberHi, Tanya.
We have this resource available, since you’re using the Divi theme.
Regarding your second reply, I’m unsure exactly what changed on your site from your testing–maybe from switching themes–but any data loss as a result of switching themes should be reported to your theme author’s support, Elegant Themes in this case.
Of course, they will likely recommend making sure you’re using the latest version of their theme.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
April 24, 2017 at 2:23 pm in reply to: Importing recurring events with html in description and custom fields #1273665Cliff
MemberHi, Anthony.
None of our import options support recurrence — not iCal, not CSV, not any of them.
If an iCal recurrence series is detected (since it’s a native feature of the iCalendar spec), each instance is imported as an individual event, not as a recurrence for Events Calendar PRO.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

Cliff
MemberYou’re very welcome.
Have a great day.
Cliff
MemberThank you for that.
Line 152 is regarding Venue data. Are you only having issues when submitting an event without a Venue?
Would you be able to share a screen capture video and/or relevant URLs so I can see exactly what you’re doing to replicate this issue?
Cliff
MemberIf I remember correctly, you can
- import from EB to a new WP event
- you can update EB from WP
- but you cannot updated WP from EB
- you can only create a new WP event
Is this correct from your experience?

I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/13101369-past-events-widget

PRO’s Advanced List Widget is here: /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/widgets/list-widget.php
The core/free List Widget (which PRO’s replaces) is here: https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/4.4.5/src/views/widgets/list-widget.php
It calls the function from https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/4.4.5/src/functions/template-tags/widgets.php (see the tribe_get_list_widget_events filter), which calls https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/4.4.5/src/Tribe/List_Widget.php (or the tribe_events_list_widget_query_args filter)
That’s about as much help as I can provide toward this, since it would require custom coding.

We do not officially support WPML with Community Events, but this user’s thread may be helpful to you.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberHi Liam.
I’m very sorry you had to wait the full 48 hours of our Scope of Support / Terms — we really aim for 24 hours typically.
More importantly, I’m really glad it’s working for you again.
Feel free to open a new thread if something else happens.
Cliff
MemberI’m unclear exactly what the issue is here.
Could you please provide some links and annotated screenshots for each?
