event aggregator won't load from facebook page

HI there,

We have recently been moved from facebook importer to event aggregator and it’s just not working.

For the last few weeks it’s been downloading 0 updates (yet updates have been made to the FB page)

Today a manual sync downbloaded 2 updates.

I have tried re-building the connection, but just get a message that says it took too long.

Any ideas?

Sorry you’re experiencing this. It’s not common from my experience to have such issues with EA. Hopefully I can help you resolve this quickly.

Would you be able to share an annotated screenshot, screen capture video, and/or relevant URLs to clarify exactly what’s happening here?

Thanks for finally getting back to me. The issue seems to have resolved it’s self. I suspect there were issue with the EA servers as it all started working again with no changes made on our side.

I’m very sorry you had to wait the full 48 hours of our Scope of Support / Terms — we really aim for 24 hours typically.

More importantly, I’m really glad it’s working for you again.
