MemberThanks for that update.
This sounds like a bug we fixed in the latest version of Community Events.
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it’s still experiencing this WP_DEBUG message, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

MemberThank you so much for those details. I’ve passed your report on to our developers.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberHi, Katie. Thanks for your thorough request.
Here are a couple thoughts:
- The tickets form will not display if the event has passed, which is likely why there aren’t tickets displayed for this event you shared.
- Eventbrite Tickets does not “keep in sync”. It’s a manual import/export process. You can go through the steps of re-importing it to get the data to come through (i.e. update from EB to WP).
Please let me know if this clears things up for you. It may not if your issue is with Eventbrite’s tickets syncing and not Eventbrite’s event details syncing…

MemberHi, Liam.
Sorry you’re experiencing this. It’s not common from my experience to have such issues with EA. Hopefully I can help you resolve this quickly.
Would you be able to share an annotated screenshot, screen capture video, and/or relevant URLs to clarify exactly what’s happening here?
Cliff
MemberThanks for sharing that to clarify.

MemberThanks for your thorough request, Florian.
Does it help that http://www.swahsn.com/events/past/ works, or is that not good enough for some reason?
Cliff
MemberAnthony, I’m glad you got things sorted out.
Feel free to open a new thread if you need additional support on this or another topic.
Cliff
MemberI’m glad you got it working, David.
If it isn’t working for you on the other two action hooks, you either have an outdated version of Event Tickets or you need to change the priority of the hook(s).
Please let me know if you need any additional assistance here.

MemberI do not believe it is able to be overridden according to such best practices at this time… but you could choose to make the edits in the direct file (which, yes, would need to be re-edited each time you do an update).
Sorry about this being the case at this time, but we’ve got the bugs logged. It’ll eventually get fixed so you can do overrides the expected, proper way.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Cliff
MemberJohannes, great job and thanks so much for sharing!
Cliff
MemberWe always encourage you to be on the latest versions of WordPress core and our plugins.
Sorry you ran into this snag with your site. I hope things are smooth for you going forward.
Cliff
MemberPhew! Finally!
I didn’t test it, but try this out:

Note that for your situation, you’ll need to add the 50 priority again.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberHi, Richard. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
