I’m having issues with my website falling out of sync with Eventbrite. The Eventbrite ticket area breaks and there’s no way to purchase tickets. I’ve attached a screenshot of an event experiencing this issue.
Is there a way to re-sync an event after it’s been created?

Here are a couple thoughts:
- The tickets form will not display if the event has passed, which is likely why there aren’t tickets displayed for this event you shared.
- Eventbrite Tickets does not “keep in sync”. It’s a manual import/export process. You can go through the steps of re-importing it to get the data to come through (i.e. update from EB to WP).
Please let me know if this clears things up for you. It may not if your issue is with Eventbrite’s tickets syncing and not Eventbrite’s event details syncing…

- import from EB to a new WP event
- you can update EB from WP
- but you cannot updated WP from EB
- you can only create a new WP event
Is this correct from your experience?
