    Hi, Miguel.

I visited that link and everything loaded fine for me on that page.

Although it was not in English and therefore I didn’t understand the content, it seemed like there was quite a bit of content on the site.

Are you still experiencing an issue here? If yes, would you be able to share an annotated screenshot, screen capture video, and/or relevant URLs to clarify exactly what’s happening here?

    Hi, Casper.

Please login to https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and disconnect the development site to free up the license immediately. Then you’ll be able to use the license key at the production site.

Please let me know how this goes for you.

    Hi, Miguel.

    Sorry you experienced this.

I tested the single and the multiple and both worked for me in the Preview for one-time import.

Please try again and let me know how this goes for you.

FYI: You should reconnect to Facebook if you see the message that your connection will be expiring soon.

    Hi, Leah.

No, but you could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

    Hi, Robert.

The issue here is that tribe_events_cat and venue are not valid arguments.

tribe_get_events() is just a wrapper for get_posts() and those 2 aren’t valid arguments.

Please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-tribe_get_events/ and let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

Ah, and I just noticed that you posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any current licenses associated with it.

We don’t answer support questions for The Events Calendar core/free or Event Tickets core/free or their paid add-ons in the Pre-Sales forum.

If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.

Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

    Hi, Simon.

    Thanks for sharing that screenshot.

Just from its looks, I’d venture a guess that the “Related” part of that screenshot is from the Jetpack plugin.

Please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

    Hi, Jean.

Thanks for your interest in our product suite.

    1. While anything is possible via custom coding, this wouldn’t be a medium-sized customization. If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
    2. Seems like a simple extension of #1.
    3. This would probably push #1 from a medium to a large customization.

We have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Hi, Anthony. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

We have it on our radar that a Cancel/Abort button might be useful for situations like this, but such functionality does not exist yet.

Please make sure you’re using the latest version of The Events Calendar.

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you by removing the EA license key. It’ll have to finish the job it’s processing but after that, any scheduled imports shouldn’t be working due to the lack of an entered license key.

You might want to check with your web host about viewing/killing any running processes from your site, but please note this could cause unintended negative consequences as well.

Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

Also, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

    Hi, Paul.

Event Tickets Plus with WooCommerce and your payment gateway of choice should work just fine.

However, I don’t see the reasoning for putting your main site with events and such on the main domain and your WooCommerce on a subdomain. It’s not designed to work like this and it wouldn’t work for our plugin(s) either.

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

Hi, Pablo. I’d think common strings like that are already translated if your site is set to Spanish language.

We have this information regarding translations:

    Hi, Rikke.

Sorry this isn’t working for you.

Please make sure you have Facebook connected. You can see its status at the bottom of wp-admin > Events > Help.

If Facebook is connected, which I assume it is, I’d guess there is a WP_DEBUG or console error, possibly due to a plugin or theme conflict.

Since this isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

Matthew, I understand you’re trying to obtain the Event Category taxonomies that an event has assigned to it.

Could you please provide the full code snippet you’re using to try to do this?

Sorry for yet another reply, but I also noticed that you have a really old version of PHP.

Please reference https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ and consider passing along to your web host. It is even recommended by WordPress to switch web hosts if they would not upgrade your version of PHP.

Just trying to help your site overall! 🙂

I’m looking forward to hearing back from you.
