MemberHi, Josh.
Do you have an old version of PHP? WordPress recommends PHP 7: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
Although the latest versions of our plugins should work down to PHP 5.2, we highly recommend using at least PHP 5.5, 5.6, or 7.
Please share your System Information in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.

MemberHi, Reece. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I don’t believe your server’s or WordPress setting’s timezone should affect the duration of the Eventbrite API connection.
You might want to contact Eventbrite’s technical support about this. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had to re-authenticate with Eventbrite so I know it’s not a short amount of time (I’d guess weeks if not months!).
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi, Sam.
This is ultimately an issue with our geolocation search… one similar issue that might help you understand how this actually works is when there’s a Birmingham Alabama but also a Birmingham in the UK… if you start typing Birmingham, the autocomplete will need to be used to set the lat/long geolocation parameters to really tell it to search by that instead of by some keyword.
Filter Bar does, however, have location-specific filters that don’t require lat/long: https://cl.ly/203P1M1w2c3W
For example, if you go to http://wpshindig.com/events/list/ and then select “WA” state, you’ll see all events assigned to a Venue in Washington state.
Note that if a venue’s address has a typo, like “WS” instead of “WA”, it likely won’t get geocoded properly (wouldn’t show up when searching by lat/long) and also wouldn’t show up when searching by “WA” state via Filter Bar.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi, Margarita.
Sorry for the delayed response here.
Could you please provide a link to where I can see this in action on your site?
Cliff
MemberSounds good! Thanks for the update.

MemberChris, please share a screenshot of http://supportdetails.com/ from your browser experiencing these IE11 issues.
The email from wpshindig.com’s registration isn’t related to our forum reply email notifications; I’d suggest checking your spam/junk folder. You might also need to whitelist the wpshindig.com and theeventscalendar.com domains.
Cliff
MemberI’m glad the last two worked well.
For the first, you’ll need to find the actual string. It’s likely “Voir tous les %s” or something similar.
Or you might only be looking to translate the “Evénements” word.
And you might contribute any corrections (that aren’t your personal customizations) to http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects

MemberWe actually released the fix for this yesterday!
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
Cliff
MemberGreat. Thanks for sharing.

MemberThank you.
I generated a new license key for you. Please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and enter the new key.
If this still doesn’t work for you, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
