MemberExcellent. Thanks for doing that.
Is there anything more I can help with at this time regarding this topic?
Cliff

MemberHi again, John.
I really appreciate your detailed report here.
As stated in BJ’s thread, I wasn’t able to reproduce your findings.
Please see if you could recreate this on a fresh WP install.
Cliff
MemberJohn, thanks for sharing your experience in this and your own thread on this topic.
I had Text Link Counter enabled at wp-admin > SEO > Dashboard > Features when I tested APM and it worked for me.
I’d guess there’s some combination of settings–and not just this one setting–that may affect this.
If you and/or BJ figure it out, I’ll definitely see if I can reproduce it.
Cliff
MemberI’d guess you’d have to make your own new function like tribe_events_list_the_date_headers() but for days instead of months, and then include that new function into the List View template instead.
I do not know of other sites with this customization in effect.
Cliff
MemberI moved this thread but couldn’t recreate that issue: https://cl.ly/3S3U1k013f0R
Since this isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions<span style=”font-size: 0.875rem;”>, please follow our </span>Testing for Conflicts Guide<span style=”font-size: 0.875rem;”> (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.</span>
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
If none of that works, maybe try switching your site’s language to English???
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberHi again, David (sorry about the system mixup in that other thread).
Since you’re not using X Theme, please test if leaving all plugins active but changing your theme to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Sixteen, Twenty Seventeen, etc. resolves the issue.
If it does, we know it’s a theme conflict. If it doesn’t, it could be a plugin conflict instead.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Also, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, Photo View, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Please let me know what you find out from all this. Thanks!

MemberHi, David. I have no idea why you’re posting in this thread either. I assume you’re in your email client and not on our actual forum website; please do click through to this forum thread to see its history.
I apologize for any errant email notification you may have received (and hope Tim got his).
I did look through your forum activity on this site and see https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/events-pro-photo-view-and-theme-conflict-2/ as the only one you’ve started.
I’ll help you with that thread and hope you get the correct notifications from here on out. I’ll also bring this up to our development team to look into.
Thanks for your understanding.

Tim, please let me know how my previous reply went for you.

MemberHi. You might benefit from this extension: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/change-labels-events-venues-organizers/
I also moved the KB articles you got that code from to point to this extension instead. Thanks for helping us correct this.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi, Stephen.
I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/11333586-set-default-ticket-image
Please do add your vote there. This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
You might be interested in trying https://wordpress.org/plugins/default-featured-image/ (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us). Check out its “Can I exclude a page or give it a different image?” FAQ, which includes a “Different image for the post type wiki” code snippet.
You’d want to set that snippet to target the “product” post type, not “wiki”.
If this works for you, we might be able to turn this into a new Knowledgebase help article so others can too.

I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/5602596-tickets-venue-seating-chart-with-different-price

We also have a KB article about this: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ticketing-using-seating-chart/
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Brian.
Here’s a 30 second video demonstrating that it’s working as expected for me: https://cl.ly/2X192L0m1O2D
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
