    Hi,

    I just purchased Event Tickets Plus and Events Calendar Pro for deployment in a WordPress Woocommerce environment.

    Every time a ticket is created, your plug-in generates a product in Woocommerce – which is great! Thanks!

    However – there doesn’t appear to be any product image setting (unless I’m missing something) that can be used is the default settings options to generate a default image (e.g. always select a ticket image etc. from WordPress media) for all ‘products’ created on-the-fly by your plugin.

    At the moment – Event Tickets Plus forces an event person/manager to always go into the ‘products’ and assign a image to each and every ticket. Long winded to say the least!

    Thanks for your help/advice on solving this.

    Please do add your vote there. This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.

    You might be interested in trying https://wordpress.org/plugins/default-featured-image/ (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us). Check out its “Can I exclude a page or give it a different image?” FAQ, which includes a “Different image for the post type wiki” code snippet.

    You’d want to set that snippet to target the “product” post type, not “wiki”.

    If this works for you, we might be able to turn this into a new Knowledgebase help article so others can too.
