MemberOther users have reported this as well and our developers will get to work on it.
At least one has said that downgrading back to 4.4.18 solved it for them. That’s the only temporary solution for now.
This thread will receive an update once the fix is released.

MemberHi, Dave.
We don’t support any membership plugins, but they can usually integrate with ours since we use custom post types and a custom taxonomy.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
Cliff
MemberHi, John. I’m not fully clear what the issue is. Would you be able to share any links, annotated screenshot, screen capture video, and/or relevant URLs to clarify exactly what’s happening here?
Cliff
MemberHi again, Bill.
You can see your orders at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/
If you’re able to figure out what went wrong, please complete our Refund Request Form and link back to this thread for reference.
Please let me know how this goes for you.
November 13, 2017 at 7:41 pm in reply to: Site with community events plugin is now indicating I have aggregator installed #1382101Cliff
MemberHi, Bill. Event Aggregator is actually bundled with The Events Calendar free/core. Its functionality is only activated once you input a license key for it at wp-admin > Events > Settings > Licenses
Did you possibly enter a license key in the Event Aggregator spot?
If not, please send a screenshot in a Private Reply of your Licenses tab along with the notice you’re seeing.
Thank you.

MemberHi, Amy. Sorry you’re experiencing these issues.
In our forums we keep our threads focused on just one issue at a time to ensure we fully answer each of your questions/issues. Please keep this in mind for the future, and thanks for your understanding.

You should definitely be able to have a Blog Page in addition to the Events Page. I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Duplicate import errors were common prior to September. If you setup these imports prior to then, I’d recommend deleting and re-setting-up each one.
If it’s not a Facebook or Google Calendar import but instead an iCal import, another possibility is that it’s not conforming to the iCal Spec and is missing the UID for each event or possibly changing it upon each generation of the iCal feed: https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5545#section-3.8.4.7

Our plugin creates one master calendar, but you can create the appearance of multiple calendars by using Event Categories.
Examples:
- main/master calendar where all the site’s events appear: http://wpshindig.com/events/
- WP Meetups category calendar: http://wpshindig.com/events/category/wp-meetups/
- Learning category calendar: http://wpshindig.com/events/category/learning/
There are additional methods and documentation at our Can You Have Multiple Calendars? KB article.
Note that this functionality is available in the free/core version of The Events Calendar. You would only need to buy one of our add-ons if you wanted those extra features (e.g. Map View from Events Calendar PRO).

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
November 13, 2017 at 7:18 pm in reply to: [tribe_events] shortcode not displaying map view properly #1382093Cliff
MemberHi, Peter.
The second issue you described is a confirmed issue with Divi theme.
I haven’t heard of the first issue, but because that other issue exists, I’d recommend testing this out with the Twenty Seventeen theme.
Please let me know what you find out.
November 13, 2017 at 7:09 pm in reply to: Disabling map view in display settings also disables shortcode? #1382084Cliff
MemberHi, Peter. This is a confirmed bug.
I marked this thread as Pending Fix, which means it should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi, John. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Each ticket has its own selling dates. If those fields are blank, then your tickets should appear until the Event end date.
If you can’t figure it out with this information, please send me a link to an event that should have tickets showing and then also send me a screenshot of the event’s wp-admin edit screen, including the ticket settings.

MemberHi, Minda.
We have this information regarding translations:
- Translating the premium plugins
- Translating The Events Calendar (free/core plugin)
- How to Override Plugin Language Files (custom language files on your own site)
- Customizing/Changing any bit of text (actual code snippet is at the very bottom) — or using the Say what? plugin (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us) might be easier to setup and use to do the same thing as our provided code snippet
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

MemberHi, Catherine. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
Our Filter Bar add-on enables this automatically based on each Venue’s details.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberAs stated, “limit” isn’t part of tribe_events shortcode. The UserVoice link I shared had a customization that supposedly adds it.
There isn’t a Photo View shortcode or widget with a limit option. Some of our other widgets or shortcodes have “limit” options but do not display Photo View.
November 13, 2017 at 3:34 pm in reply to: Embedding Calendar View is just showing shortcode instead of Calendar #1382012Cliff
MemberExcellent. Thanks for letting us know. You might request your host to run a permission fix. https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions details what file and folder permissions should be.
