Each ticket has its own selling dates. If those fields are blank, then your tickets should appear until the Event end date.
If you can’t figure it out with this information, please send me a link to an event that should have tickets showing and then also send me a screenshot of the event’s wp-admin edit screen, including the ticket settings.
