MemberHi, Jeremy.
You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it (or accidentally if you forgot to login first).
If you do have a paid account login with at least one current license, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.
If you don’t have a paid account login, I’m afraid we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our Pre-Sales Forum. If you’re using one of our free plugins, such as The Events Calendar or Event Tickets, you can request assistance on their respective WordPres.org Support Forums (we do not provide technical support for users there, either–only via our paid forums).
Possibly helpful references:
- Yes, our free/core The Events Calendar plugin does support displaying a Featured Image for each event.
- Our plugins’ feature requests forum
- Our plugin’s widgets and shortcodes
- Our free support forum for The Events Calendar (for bug reports and users helping each other — no usage support provided by us)
- Our free support forum for Event Tickets (for bug reports and users helping each other — no usage support provided by us)
Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

MemberHi. Thanks for your interest in using the ticketing part of our plugin suite.
Unfortunately, we don’t have this functionality natively yet.
I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/8391186-reminder-emails-for-x-days-before-event
Please do add your vote there.
This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Cliff
MemberThank you, John.
We’ll see if we find any commonalities amongst these reports or if they turn out to be coincidental conflicts with some plugins, themes, or settings.
Please do keep me updated.

Memberhttps://github.com/mt-support/tribe-ext-instructor-linked-post-type (which has been modified significantly since my last reply) was and still is working for me and another user as-is. Again, it’s not yet complete, though.
I’d suggest making sure you’re running the latest versions of our plugins and then try to get this one working as-is without any other linked post types in play.
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

MemberThe only product you have from us is Event Aggregator, which allows you to use your license key at 10 sites.
I show it’s only registered at one site: www.kine-formations.com
Is this the domain of your test site (where it was) or your production site (where you want it to be)?
Additionally, there are no updates to do. All the code is actually contained within The Events Calendar free/core plugin. The product you paid for enables running the imports because those run on our servers. It’s setup this way to account for the high performance requirements it takes to consume so many imports for each user.
January 16, 2018 at 8:48 pm in reply to: Cant my events converted to 2019 and now nothing is showing. Big problem #1428230Cliff
MemberThanks for your efforts here and the detailed information.
Those WP_DEBUG messages should be reported to the author of the Woo_Widget_… plugin(s) — or you might just need to update it to its latest version.
I see the Community Events form at http://whatsoninadelaide.net.au/events/community/add just fine. Are you still experiencing this issue?
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site, particularly on the wp-admin event edit/creation screen. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Cliff
MemberThanks for the additional information.
On my test site, I imported the single event from https://www.facebook.com/events/120009005382841
Then, after I imported it once, I went to import it again (both times via One-Time Import option) and it did not duplicate.
Please let me know if you’re experiencing something different or if you’re using a different URL as a Schedule Import.

MemberThe solution I shared isn’t sustainable (have to keep changing it at every update), but please note that we did log this as a feature request.
We’re sorry this issue is the sole reason for no longer recommending our products. We understand our products cannot be the perfect solution for everyone, but we do try to continually improve and hope you can reevaluate us more positively in the future.
Cliff
MemberHi, Tectj. I wouldn’t consider asking you to follow our troubleshooting steps as doing your own coding, but we do understand they are fairly in-depth. This is necessary to really pinpoint each issue so we can attempt to recreate it on our end.
Additionally, we do not provide support for other themes, per our Scope of Support / Terms, but you might be able to get some assistance from your theme author (Avada in this case).

MemberHi, Dave. Please refer back to my November 13 reply.
If you need help getting Ultimate Member and our products to work together, please contact their support, as their membership functionality would be what’s to control access to our stuff (posts, URLs, etc).
If their team needs something of us to make things work on their end, feel free to be the messenger or to ask them to contact us directly.

MemberHi, Terri.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
I extended your license an additional 2 months after it expired (so just under 1 month from now) if you wanted to give it a try: https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
If you’d like follow-up assistance, please open a new thread, adding your current problem description and also linking back to this thread.
Thanks for helping us improve our products.
January 16, 2018 at 11:13 am in reply to: Enabling Events Calendar and/or Pro crashes my website – HELP! #1427839Cliff
MemberSteve, thanks for replying.
Please note that threads get Closed automatically after a couple weeks of inactivity.
As a practical matter and because we do not login to customers’ sites, we are limited in how much support we can provide, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
If you need assistance beyond what we can provide, you may want to ask your own developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
Since this thread got closed, please pursue these troubleshooting steps (possibly with the help of a friend or a professional) and open a new thread if you still need assistance from us, adding your current problem description and also linking back to this thread.
Thank you!
January 16, 2018 at 6:44 am in reply to: Cannot disable word wrap for ticketsPlus TERMS AND CONDITIONS #1427498Cliff
MemberGotcha. What about putting all your terms in a separate WordPress Page and instead having the checkbox say something like “By checking here I agree to the terms at yoursite.com/ticket-terms/”?
I’m not an attorney and don’t know your exact use case, but I think this would be best for everyone because you could add terms that they agree you can change the terms at any time. Additionally, the ticket’s email confirmation won’t have the text displayed on the ticket… but if that’s really why you’re wanting it added directly to the checkbox then this snippet may be just what you’re looking for:

Please let me know how this goes for you.
