ok my license lapsed so i updated. Not only can i not see any events in the calendar – i guess because no events – but 2018 events are written as 2019 in subheading list. However when i open event its written as 2018. I tried to create a new 2018 event and it didn’t show. This is a scary problem for me and going to affect my business
January 15, 2018 at 12:43 am #1426285ckasParticipantI can’t see any form in http://whatsoninadelaide.net.au/events/community/add too. I tried to add an event in the admin, I am able to find it in page 4 http://whatsoninadelaide.net.au/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events&author=6&paged=4, the ‘test’ event is the one I added. Yeah the http://whatsoninadelaide.net.au/events/2018-01/ still shows nothing, not sure why, maybe in that month, some event title or content has special characters, these 2 months are not working:

http://whatsoninadelaide.net.au/events/2019-01/January 15, 2018 at 1:12 pm #1426863ckasParticipantthis morning when i clicked on the post yr event button the form appeared and worked and generated an event. Then i tried again and it didn’t. I then used this event which had the 2018 date to see if now the calendar would show up now that we have a 2018 event – as the others were changed to 2019. The calendar didn’t show. Happy to pay extra to fix this as this is a serious problem for me. Ive attached picture showing no calendar. It usually shows.
January 15, 2018 at 8:50 pm #1427223CliffMemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I’m not familiar with anyone else reporting any of theses issues so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

Those WP_DEBUG messages should be reported to the author of the Woo_Widget_… plugin(s) — or you might just need to update it to its latest version.
I see the Community Events form at http://whatsoninadelaide.net.au/events/community/add just fine. Are you still experiencing this issue?
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site, particularly on the wp-admin event edit/creation screen. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
January 17, 2018 at 6:55 pm #1429127ckasParticipantYes I am able to see the Community Events form at http://whatsoninadelaide.net.au/events/community/add , but in the calendar for 2018 January http://whatsoninadelaide.net.au/events/2018-01/, still shows nothing
January 18, 2018 at 11:08 pm #1430226CliffMemberJanuary 2018’s link seems to be working fine for me: https://cl.ly/1A0u2X3S1t3P
