    I have multi-line TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

    I need to break it up by one term or condition per line with a blank line between.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    TERM1 text

    TERM2 text

    TERM3: text

    Not one long sentence as it is now:

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS: TERM1 text TERM2 text TERM3: text

    Also, my website page in just over 6 seconds after adding this plugin whereas before it was 3.5 seconds.
    I don’t know why you can’t do a quick 15 second speed test with IE and hit the F12 key and look at “Network” before a release.

    You could have completed this speed test in much less time than it took for me to write about it.

    If the speed is not fixed, and kept fixed for EVERY release this alone is a reason for this plugin’s permanent removal.

    Gotcha. What about putting all your terms in a separate WordPress Page and instead having the checkbox say something like “By checking here I agree to the terms at yoursite.com/ticket-terms/”?

    I’m not an attorney and don’t know your exact use case, but I think this would be best for everyone because you could add terms that they agree you can change the terms at any time. Additionally, the ticket’s email confirmation won’t have the text displayed on the ticket… but if that’s really why you’re wanting it added directly to the checkbox then this snippet may be just what you’re looking for:
