KeymasterHey Kadi,
Thanks for getting back to me and providing further explanation.
Could you send me some screenshots or links so I can compare your test and live site?
Also, did you manage to check with a default theme what that gives you?
Thanks,
Andras

KeymasterOkay, this is officially weird. 🙂 Thanks for checking that.
Although I don’t see it in your system information I take it that you also have the base The Events Calendar activated.
Usually that tab is hidden where there are no scheduled imports saved. You can check on the History tab if there really is a scheduled import.
What also you can try is to set up a new scheduled import (can be even on-demand) and see if then the tab appears.
If still nothing, then the next step would be manually re-installing the Tribe plugins.
- Delete the old ones
- Download the latest version from all (https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/)
- Upload the newly downloaded plugins either via FTP or Plugins > Add new > Upload
- Activate them and check if the tab is there.
Although your settings and events should be safe, they don’t get deleted when deleting the plugins, it is still worth doing a backup of your site and database.
Let me know where this gets you.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Kadi,
Thanks for reaching out to us with your issues, and I’m sorry you are having these after an update.
If I see correctly, then you are using the Avada theme which has our plugins integrated into the theme with some template overrides. It can very well be that Avada didn’t update their calendar files yet.
To find out the cause of the problems I would like to ask you to switch to a default theme like twentysixteen and check if the issues still exist there.
After that the next step would be to run a full test for conflicts based on this guide:
Please let me know the results.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHi Bruce,
Thanks for using our plugins and for reporting that bug!
I have manage to recreate it with the Advanced Post Manager active. I will file a bug ticket for this, so it should be fixed in the future. However at the moment I cannot commit to any specific timing.
I am going to close this ticket as a “pending fix”, but the issue is still open and we will update this ticket once we release a fix.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket in the forums to keep things clean.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHello Eric,
Thanks for hanging in there. It looks like we have found ourselves a bug. I have already created an internal bug ticket for it, so this will be fixed sometime in the future, though at the moment I cannot commit to any specific timeframe for this.
I am going to close this ticket as a “pending fix”, but the issue is still open and we will update this ticket once we release a fix.
If you have any new questions or issues I kindly as you to create a new ticket to keep things clean.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHello Cas,
Thanks for reaching out to us and I’m really sorry about that issue. Let’s try to figure that one out as I’m not quite sure what could be causing that.
As a first, try to access that page via entering the url manually. It should look like this:
http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?page=aggregator&post_type=tribe_events&tab=scheduled
Let me know if you are able to access it like that.
Next thing would be to run a test for conflicting plugins. Basically deactivate all plugins, leave only The Events Calendar activated and see if that solves it. If yes, then re-activate the other plugins one-by-one and check when the issue reappears. (Here’s a full guide on our recommended conflict testing: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ )
Let me know about the results.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHey Brian,
Thanks for going Pro and welcome to the forums!
And thanks for reaching out with your question.
In the current 4.4 version we have introduced a shortcode for single events. Although I didn’t test is with ACF you can give that one a try. Here are the details:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-single-events-tribe_event_inline-shortcode/
Let me know if this works for you.
On your sidenote, showing the last past event when there is no upcoming event is not a functionality that currently exists, sorry.

KeymasterHello Rich,
Thanks for using our plugins and for reaching out to us! A great question you have there.
You are almost right there with the folder.
All template overrides must go into wp-content/themes/{your-theme}/tribe-events/ so in your case that should be:
wp-content/themes/jobify-child/tribe-events/tickets/login-to-purchase.php
Check and let me know if this helps.
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterThanks for the clarification Brian.
We will try to look into it, might take a couple of days. I’ll be in touch.

KeymasterI’m truly sorry, Fifty. I forgot to give you the link. Here it is:
Meanwhile I also managed to reproduce the issue you reported. I’m not trying to get some input from the team, possibly another set of eyes on this to check whether this is intended behavior or not. Please hang in there, I’ll be in touch shortly.

KeymasterA clarification question:
Event Tickets Plus supports WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, Shopp and WP eCommerce. Plus RSVPs by default.
Would you like to have all of these included or only WooCommerce + RSVP?
When listing the availability, do you want a total number shown or separate totals by provider?
Thanks!
Andras
PS: I still couldn’t get a hold of anybody yet…

KeymasterHello Brian,
Thanks for reaching out!
Per our terms and conditions we support features of the plugins and although we try to help get you started on customization but for the most part you are going to have to take it on to complete.
I will check with the team is there is anyone who could help out with this and will let you know, but I cannot guarantee anything. I’ll let you know as soon as have something.
Or you can hire someone to help you out with this customization. Here’s a list of some developers who are well known in the community and are not affiliated with us, they might be able to help you out with this as well:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
Thanks for your understanding.

KeymasterHello Tracy,
Hey, thanks for going Pro and welcome to the forums!
Sorry you had to wait for the first answer. Just want to make sure we start off on the right foot and with the right expectations, we try to make sure that every question we receive in the forums gets a reply within 24-48 hours during the week, but over the weekend we – usually – don’t work.
I have checked your site and the feeds and I wasn’t able to pinpoint any issues at first glance.
Could you share with me some specifics?
Are all the events being imported with the wrong time or only some?
Could you point some of the faulty events out, maybe share a direct link to those?
Is this happening only recently or for longer now? (Or you just started?)
Thanks and looking forward to helping you solve this!

KeymasterMeanwhile I run some tests could you please also check if you are getting the same issue if you deactivate all plugins except for the Calendar ones and WooCommerce and switch to a default theme like twentysixteen? Please let me know the results.
Thanks,
