KeymasterHello Evan,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
Sorry about this issue with the title. I’ll help you get this fixed.
I checked your site and all seemed to look fine for me. Could you possible share a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing.
Also, to be able to give you better support, could you please share your system information with me? Here’s a handy guide how you can do that:

KeymasterSo, this is what I managed to collect:
We basically removed support for microformats. However, it’s a system that’s driven by CSS classes and some of those are in active use for styling purposes – by us, by themers or by both: that so say, it’s quite possible the vestiges of microformat support are creating noise.
Also, what you can try is take the URL of a single event and run it through this:
https://developers.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/
Check if that gives you any errors.
Let me know what you get.

KeymasterHello Ryan,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support.
If you or your client have purchased a plugin from us, please login and post in the premium forums for that plugin and we can help you out there:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/
To get you started, you can check the following things:
- Did the import go through or does it show any errors?
- Does the event get imported and show up in the back-end?
- Are you using the latest version of our plugins?
- If you are using custom templates / template overrides, are they also updated to the latest version?
- You can potentially run a test for conflicts and check if you still experience this when only the calendar plugins are active with a default theme like twentysixteen.
Looking forward to helping you out in the premium forums!
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHello Sue,
Thanks for using our plugins! I’m sorry about this issue with the recurring events.
To be able to give you better support, could you please share your system information with me? Here’s a handy guide how you can do that:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/My first hunch is that something might have gone south during the update. You can also try reinstalling the plugins.
You can download EC Pro from your account here, and upload it to your server via FTP overwriting all files.
Or you can deactivate and delete the EC Pro plugin and install it through Plugins > Add new > upload.
Let me know where that gets you.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterGrüss dich
I think you are getting the errors because microformats is not fully implemented in our plugins. Give me some time to check this with the team to get confirmation.
Thanks,
Andras

KeymasterHello Bruce,
Thanks for going pro and welcome to the forums!
Sorry about this javascript issue. Let’s try to fix that for ya.
I see in your system information that you are using older versions of our plugins. As a first step can you update them to the latest version and see if that solves the issue?
Let me know how that plays out.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Steve,
Thanks for sharing those URLs. I will check them out and do some investigation of the issue. I kindly ask for a bit of patience. I’ll get back to you soon.
Thanks,

KeymasterThanks, I will close this thread then and will continue there.

KeymasterHallo,
Wow, thanks for reporting that here as well. I would have never thought of that.
I’m happy that this got solved – at least with a workaround.
I will keep this thread on pending fix until the datepicker issue is solved for good, so you will get a notification when it is finally fixed, so you can remove the code from functions.php.
Another note: a maintenance release is coming today or tomorrow which should solve some more string translation issues, mostly on the back-end. 🙂
Freundliche Grüsse

KeymasterHello again Steve,
You mention you saw another ticket here. Can you possibly share the link to that?
Also I see you have 33 tickets sold and deleted 9 attendees, which would bring you to 24. While that still doesn’t fully match up, that’s close to the 25 attendees. Does that make sense?

KeymasterHi Jake,
I agree, that is a nice idea. If you would like to see this as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there. http://tribe.uservoice.com/
Is there anything else related to this I can help you with, or can I close this ticket?
Thanks and cheers,
