My first hunch is that something might have gone south during the update. You can also try reinstalling the plugins.
You can download EC Pro from your account here, and upload it to your server via FTP overwriting all files.
Or you can deactivate and delete the EC Pro plugin and install it through Plugins > Add new > upload.
