ParticipantWhen we view the list of attendees in the event’s screen we see this:
Total Tickets Sold: 33
Complete: 33
Total RSVPs: 0
Going: 0
Not Going: 0
Deleted Attendees: 9However when we download the list of attendees we get a total of 25. The orders screen shows:
Total Sales: £1,435.00 (33)
Completed: £1,644.00 (33)
Processing: £0.00 (0)
Pending Payment: £0.00 (0)
Canceled: £0.00 (0)My client is getting a little frustrated, rightly so, in that they can’t trust these numbers. I’ve seen at least one old ticket on here with no solution which says the same thing. Is there a fix for this bug? It’s quite fundamental that a system like this shows accurate sales figures.

KeymasterHello Steve,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
I’m sorry you are having an issue with the sales and attendee numbers. I understand how frustrating this can be. Let me try to help you solve this.
One thing you need to know is that if you move an attendee from Event one to Event two, then the sales is still going to be registered to Event one.
If this is not the case then, to be able to help you out it would be great to see a screenshot of the full page of the attendee list, and the orders. Please share those with me and I’ll check how we can solve this.
Also, were any orders / tickets for that event cancelled?
Thanks and I’m looking forward to helping you with this.
Cheers,

We haven’t moved any attendees to other events.

I’ll send these privately.

Yes some were cancelled.

ParticipantThanks for your continued support. I can confirm that we have not changed any data in the DB manually.
Also I see you have 33 tickets sold and deleted 9 attendees, which would bring you to 24. While that still doesn’t fully match up, that’s close to the 25 attendees. Does that make sense?
Yes that’s close but unfortunately still not correct so is still an issue.
You mention you saw another ticket here. Can you possibly share the link to that?
Here are a couple of similar issues.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
